And certainly not for business contracts.
We ordered a car and transferred 65.000 € directly to pay for this car.
Because we are correct traders and buyers. We pay 65000€ on 13/07/2020
- The car comes in late according to agreement
- We ordered a coupe (+ 5000 €) and there was a normal model.
- The interior was not in accordance with the agreement and the contract.
- Chassis NR is not the same.
- Actually, 80% of the order did not correspond to purchase.
A credit note will be issued immediately and sent to us on 24/07/2020.
But Eryca Selva car dealer in Vertemate con Minoprio (Como) uses our money to buy new cars and for almost 7-8 months.
Find the best excuses to take advantage of our finances.
After all, the car has already been sold and 3 of the same models have been purchased since then.

We have already incurred a lot of business misery and costs. Corrupt lady with a lot of sway... She buys cars that finance her customers. And she likes to do that, because she does a lot of business like this. And E. Selva has apparently already been convicted of several of these practices. As fraud and VAT fraud!
