Ordered a part and paid for it online

Ordered a part and paid for it online. It was to be picked up at the store.
Got to the store, they wouldn't give me the part as the order wasn't in their system.
EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THE SHELF.

Had to wait for them to ship a new one from Sollentuna. EVEN though they already had it.

Infuriatingly stupid setup. Infuriatingly stupid staff.

I ordered parts from them i ordered…

I ordered parts from them i ordered different what they sent and didnt fitt in my car the airfilter so i contacted with costumer support they sent me a long list what i have to do make pictures do this do that and i said not i messed up look at the no.of the product what you sent and change for good one bc i need it.. i just skip the chat bc they wasnt so helpful EVEN I PAYED FOR THE SECURE SENDIND! So is better to buy another part from my money and pay for the post also...great!
