Just like everyone else complaining. Bait and Switch practices of offering rebates, but after the October 2025 install, it still hasn't arrived. This is after calling every two weeks. If you do get speak with someone, you are put on hold so long and you give up. Alison and their of being a "Family Owned" and " Great Customer Service and "Big Smiles" is misleading. They never intend to honor what they promise. Never received my $200 rebate

They save your number for 3 years and text you every 3 months if you want a new windshield. They offer a lifetime warranty but when you wanna use it they wanna say that you bought it to long ago…. THAT IS NOT A LIFETIME WARRANTY so stop advertising it as that because what you are doing is called fraud! They don’t want to help me with the repair because then they are out money and that’s pretty messed up In my opinion if you wanna get scammed and harassed this is the place 4U! Also they never calibrated my sensor so my safety features haven’t worked in 3years.. when I get into an accident I will sue auto glass 2020🙂‍↔️

Use this company at your own risk! I had my windshield replaced in May 2025 and was told I would have a $225 rebate check within 30 to 40 days. It is past the 40 day mark and I called the company and the owner told me that insurance companies aren’t paying the rebates now so it can’t trickle to the customer. Some big sob story he gave me and said that if I wanted to sue him, go ahead but I’d have to wait in line. Do not use this company if you want a rebate check. Otherwise just go right through your insurance company.

Did the windshield replacement, but the promised rebate was sent out later in the mail, which I had to call about. Also once received it, the check bounced. This was December 2024. It is now July 2025 and since I've received the notice from my bank of a bounced check months back, I've tried calling, leaving voicemails and emails, speaking with someone in the department, and keep getting the runaround. Keep being told someone will call me. When I have tried going, the rebate person wasn't there and can't just write me a check. Very frustrating.

Worst experience ever! Use this company in the past never had any issues use them for the fourth time and have been getting the runaround for two months. I’m constantly told I will be receiving my rebate and now again today I was told it would be an additional 40 days. Was spoken to you in such a rude manner by the manager, Jesse. It’s a no wonder things are not running smoothly over there. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to talk to the owner. I could sit on hold for days if I wanted it, but they wouldn’t take my call. This company is basically just scamming everyone now. Do not recommend.

Company is a scam, they use cheap glass, promise a rebate then never sends a check. They are filing bankruptcy then filtering money through another business. They should be in jail for fraud. Owner is also on drugs and has a gambling addiction (so that’s is probably where the rebates are going). They also delete bad reviews and pay people to write good ones.

I'll keep it short. This company will not pay out the cash back they offered. First they said the installer would hand me cash. All scheduled and now the cash back will be via Zelle. Then get phone call and Zelle is maxed per the week and they will mail me a check for the cash back. Never sent check, had to call to get the ball rolling. Received check, deposited and it was returned for Insufficient Funds. Called them, they were apologetic, mentioned someone scammed their bank accounts etc. and would send out another check. Received check, deposited and it was also returned for Insufficient Funds. I see on previous reviews now, that others are not receiving the cash back promised as well. Not only did they mention issues with their bank account they plead with another customer not to leave a bad review. Blah, blah, blah. So, with me, Auto Glass 2020 LLC knowingly sent me bad checks, not once, but twice. Time for a police report.

This is an amazing business! After I left a message with Auto Glass 2020, I was contacted via text by a real person who worked with me until I scheduled my service. The representative gathered information such as the length of the crack in my windshield and my VIN. With that she knew the size and reached out to her vendors for pricing. She texted me a quote within minutes and said Auto Glass 2020 will do the replacement windshield at my home. She gave me a great price that included everything so I would not be surprised later. The windshield replacement was so easy because of the excellent individualized customer service, price, and quality windshield replacement. They also do windshield repairs at your home.
