Warning to other buyers
Warning to other buyers. My experience after the first deal has been very poor. Communication is almost non-existent and it is extremely difficult to get any response despite repeated attempts to make contact.
I originally planned to buy 5–10 more cars because the first impression seemed professional, but everything changed after the deal was completed. The VAT refund is still unpaid even though more than 30 days have passed since the purchase and all required documents were submitted a long time ago.
To me, this does not feel like serious business practice and I expected far better support and communication. I strongly advise other buyers to be very careful before doing business here.
