A bit frustrating when filing out form, got to the end and it says refresh! I had to put my whole details in again and the price had went up. I also had to upload documents that I had never even heard of so had to search for them. Just took longer than expected but eventually got there and at the best price.

Harry did his absolute best to meet my needs, was patient with me as I had a lot of questions, which he answered honestly and with explanations that I needed. Would definitely recommend

Generally a very simple transaction. Have had some issues with upload of data and subsequent calls to resolve. However, the "your call is important to us which is we don't employ sufficient staff to deal with it" message is standard nowadays and thus only moderately soils an otherwise flawless experience.

Couldn’t find my policy, said that different name on my policy, despite paying for full year no policy was setup for a week, and I was lucky police didn’t stop me, otherwise I would’ve lost points on my licence and other penalties. Bad experience

Very bad customer service, no one answered the phone, no one called back when an automatic call back option was chose and their contact email address bounces back salesadminatautonationalinsurance.co.uk I think I might have been scammed, even though this insurance company is referred by compare the market.
