Fast response on questions. Goods were shipped next day from Sweden to the Netherlands. I ordered a wrong partnumber by mistake, return of goods was no problem using the return option on the website. Money was returned in a few days.

This is the second time I have bought used auto parts from this store. Both times very fast shipping on time and the part is exactly as described.

I needed a replacement back spoiler for Toyota Ractis / Verso-S 2011 and it was very hard to find since it was discontinued. Found it finally on Autoparts24. I was located in Sweden and I'm in New Zealand. The price was a bit high and the delivery costs almost doubled the price even still. I still went ahead and ordered it. The part was very quickly dispatched with DHL courier and arrived to New Zealand within a few days. Since the price was so high, it went over the customs & tax free threshold of $1000. That took an additional week to sort and clear but can't really blame Autopart24 for that. The part arrived just today and it was very well packed. I knew it was a used part and it was in good condition. Still I was a bit surprised and disappointed that it had scratches to the paint which were not in the description or visible in the photo. In general good and prompt service & easy ordering. Would have been 5* except for the high price and the small damage the part had.

Struggled to find a scarce part on usual UK sites and eventually sourced one on Autoparts24. Part arrived all the way from Sweden (!) due date and as described. Communications and tracking from DPL excellent.
Don't be put off by European sourcing. I found Autoparts24 excellent. Only major gripe was having to pay customs duty to DPL when I thought part would be UK sourced and had already paid VAT.

I ordered from 3000km away and I had the exact piece in approximately 6 days. Not even in my country I receive it so fast. I wonder if the retur process is as fast as the delivery but I hope I never have to find out since, the car piece I ordered was perfect, exactly as described. 5 stars from Romania!

The website was much easier to use than others, so I could identify the correct item by its OEM part number. Delivery was smooth and rapid via DHL. The only hiccup was DHL applying a further charge for importing from the EU, but Autoparts24 immediately offered to repay this charge and I duly received a refund. So the cost on the webpage was the actual amount I paid in the end. The new AC Pump arrived well packed and in good clean condition. It has now been fitted by my Suzuki dealer without any problem and works perfectly.
