Shocking Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service, Ordered 4 tyres via blackcircles online and booked a slot for fitting for some of the company vans of some of the guys that work for me. When the guys turned up they were met with nothing but unhelpful complaints from the garage as they were expecting 4 tyres on one van not across multiple vans. I rang the garage and apologised for the confusion and asked if there was anyway they could sort as I had arranged for the guys to be all working on the same job local to the garage. I offered to pay extra for the inconvenience of multiple vans but was met with what I can only describe as an absolute 'jobs worth', who was not accommodating in anyway and was incredibly rude. When I finished the conversation by saying 'you're not being very helpful' he told me to send all the vans away as I wasn't doing any now and refused to release £650 of tyres which I had paid for in advance with out me ringing blackcircles who in turn had to ring him. I asked for his manager but he told me he was the owner of the company - Stay Well Away!
Note: Blackcircles were very nice on the phone when I rang them to have the tyres released and refunded the fitting fee and offered to re-arrage fitting FOC somewhere else and had no issue with multiple vehicles.
