Where do I even begin, firstly I ordered a air intake for a seat Ibiza 1.4 and it was 09-17 and the car I was working on was a 13 so I ordered it came within a week or a bit before then I went to the customers house and went to install it, the air intake cone would not slip over the metal pipe at all because it was the wrong size, phoned them up and told them. The guy on the phone was Unbelievable rude after back and fourth I hung up and after 20 mins I got it on with a lot of struggle so it has been 40 minutes so far then I go to the car strip out the factory air box and the air intake is completely wrong. I thought I was missing an angle pipe so I then called up, same guy again very very cheeky he told me I have to email them I emailed them with proof. They then told me that it’s for the wrong car. So I’ve been mislead? I don’t understand how it can be for the wrong car, but ok so a few days pass and I send a refund request on the Shop app they didn’t respond to it until I emailed them. They finnaly accepted it after I emailed, then I waited a few days they did not send me a shipping label. Emailed again and they made ME buy a shipping label over they’re mistake absolutely shocking then they didn’t return the funds till I emailed them once again. So as a small business owner this whole situation has made me a loss and lose out on a customer. Avoid this company at all costs

Placed an order online for collection, due to us being on site but not too far from the area.
Upon arriving to collect, I was originally told that the order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. Only after showing them the order on my email and explaining that I didn't enter a delivery address did they give me the items and explained that they would arrange for the items to be collected from us as it was their mistake.
Took nearly two weeks for this to happen, and then when receiving the label, it is down to us to go to a parcel shop to send them back.
Used the company for years but service has slowly been slipping, would find alternative next time.

Its a very poor quality 3D print. Its lacking between layers. Very difficult to seal. I've used two clamps and still dripping. Not worth it. I will never use this company again. ORD-1809-551596

BEWARE. My husband purchased a fault hose from these people of Amazon. And they are outright refusing to refund him even though the product is not fit to use. Do not buy from this company. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Not even an apology. We also will be notifying amazon as they should not be allowing faulty products to be sold.

Update: After escalating and putting a review here, they reimbursed finally for the wrong item sent. So want to set the record straight. Still took forever and lots of e-mail and photos. And not a fully happy or satisfactory experience
I ordered a flexible hose from this company with a clear diameter of 32mm, but was sent a much wider diameter. The hose therefore is too wide for the intended purpose. They asked me three times for different pictures, including a stamp on the hose, which doesn't exist. When I sent them a picture how the hose is too wide - they advised I should use a clamp! Clearly very unprofessional and arrogant response.
My advice: avoid at all costs, as you cannot rely on any customer service and they do not accept returns even if their own fault!

After experiencing difficulties getting the fuel hose I needed, I found the Autosiliconhoses web pages with everything I needed, plus I was able to collect the same day. Friendly helpful staff had me sorted in no time. I would defo recommend them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Worst customer support ever. I tried to return some items and notified them that I was missing something I paid for. After two weeks I had still no response.
There is no phone number to contact them, they do not respond to the online chat and they do not reply to the email account. Absolute disgrace of a company.
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, been over a week since I ordered my hoses and clamps. Can't speak to them on the phone as they only contact by email for existing orders, which after 5 days I got a reply telling me to get in contact again in 48 hrs. IV spoken to evri and they confirmed they haven't received the parcel to forward to me, IV asked for a refund and now been ignored. Stay away from this joke of a company with even worse customer service.

The goods I ordered were not properly packaged, arrived damaged beyond use. The customer service from there on was utterly non existent. The company point blank refused to accept responsibility despite the fact that the delivery couriers photograph clearly showed the damaged goods. The company then point blank refused to help, refused to send me a returns label, refused to arrange the collection of the damaged goods and refused to issue a refund. I had to instruct my bank to investigate the case which they did and naturally enough found quite rightly in my favour. Auto silicon hoses is a thoroughly disreputable rogue trader operation that customers would do well to avoid at all times. I will never use their services again. It is worth noting that I as a business having been in operation for over 40 years dealing with a vast number of suppliers have never encountered such a despicable customer service as that offered by auto silicon hoses.
Non-existent customer service
These guys sell some nice hoses, but their customer service is shockingly bad. They trade under multiple eBay usernames. They don't reply to messages promptly. They won't speak on the phone. Your order can be missing for over a week - seemingly not even received by the courier - and they still won't respond. Pretty poor.

STAY AWAY! Be warned of fraudulent as they use your data to sell! I believe company of verge of BANKRUPTCY as they are coning several people left right and centre! Also had several customers complain that they show stock & items they don't keep! Months have gone by STILL NO ITEM RECIEVED! and you just like the previous bad review which is ONE DAY before I wrote this I totally agree their CUSTOMER SERVICES is horrendous. NO DIGNITY, NO MORALES, NO STANDARDS. People gave to go through BANKS in order to get money back for money they have stole for products they never have.

AVOID - Worst customer service I've ever received
Placed an order for some hoses I needed for the weekend (order placed Wednesday before the 3pm cut off time) paid the extra for next day delivery. Order arrived Friday, opened the package to find my order wasn't complete... Tried to contact ASH, no response.
Eventually received a response on Sunday saying "Sorry for the delay but I can see your order has now arrived", Ignoring the fact that my order was incomplete, so I contacted them again (Bare in mind this is Monday now and the job I needed the hoses for has been and gone) apparently the hose in out of stock, still shows stock on their site, so instead of offering a refund for the missing hose they offered me a hose at either a different angle or different size... WHAT USE IS THAT! Asked to be refunded, back to no response again now. Never received such poor customer support in my life.
ASH - You can revoke my trade account I've just opened, I wont be doing business with you again.
Not a real company
They wont take phone calls because they are not a real company. They have multiple websites and ebay accounts collecting orders. They do not make or have the product them selves so they have no idea if they can fulfil the order. The product will come from other suppliers with no quality control. Be aware, if you cannot speak direct with the company making the product dont buy from them.
Relying on Evri as your delivery…
Relying on Evri as your delivery service is a big mistake. Had I know, I wouldnt have bothered ordering. Needless to say tracking for Evri was complete rubbish and a waste of time staying in to receive.

Cheap products that start degrading after less than a month and appalling customer service! This will be the first and last time I ever use this company!
Didn't meet advertised delivery time
I ordered on Wednesday morning and paid around £10 extra for next day delivery. It's now Friday evening and the courier, Evri, has the item at their depot but isn't saying when it'll go out for delivery.
Previous experience is that this could take up to a week.
I would have picked Royal Mail or another supplier if I'd known they use Evri, and ASH shouldn't advertise delivery times which their courier can't meet so I'm marking them down.
Secondly the invoice ASH sent me is in the form of a broken link to their website. They won't deal with post-purchase queries by phone, or chat, so I emailed them yesterday morning and this morning but haven't had a reply.
Other than that, their product range is good although other suppliers eg Viper have a wider choice of fittings in odd sizes and delivered on time with FedEx.

Parts missing that arrived 3 days later. total waste of time paying for the overnight service as I could not do the job with parts missing.
Asked for a refund for the overnight carriage charge, they refused saying it was sent next day.
Cant get it through to them that I did not get an overnight service if some of the order took 3 days. Gave them 3 chances to put it right before leaving feedback. Tiny amount of refund offered. wont be shopping with them ever again.

Do not expect to receive the quality of products pictured on the website. This company is selling very cheap and nasty hoses. I would not trust any of the hoses I purchased from them and have started a return. Hopefully I don't have the issues returning that others have had on trust pilot. It also seems that one persons name in particular pops up!! Ashley who emailed me back was/is rude, less than helpful and it would appear blind as a bat as he insisted I had recieved "quality" hose.
