We bought our car- a Volvo S70- from Autowesterhout. Since we live in Sweden, we bought it unseen. We asked if there was any rust or dents, and got the answer that there were no unusual things for a car in this age. The car should be in good shape. There was a movie at advertisement and the car looked good. But we noticed when we got the car that there was a small rust hole at right rear door close to the window, and at front fender at right side there was a lot of small dents. Inner wheel fender at left front side was missing. Seller was very helpful and arranged the transport to Sweden. At first it should be delivered at our home, but after we had our invocie with shipping cost and our agreement- shipping costs suddenly increased with 25% "cause of situation in middle east". We had our agreement, but it could obviously change. Auto Westerhout took a part of the higher cost, we also took our part and offer to pick up the car in Malmö instead of home delivery. When meeting up the transport the car nearly didn't start. That was not a good first impression of the car. We asked the transport guys to call the seller, but since it was Sunday they didn´t get any answer. Our intention was to reduce the price a little bit cause of this starting issue. We paid shipping and document costs in advance, and paid they car with cash to delivery guy. We thought that it would be hard to get any money back as soon as we paid- and it turned unfortunatly out that we were right about it. We e-mailed the seller as soon as we could- less than an hour after delivery. We left the car at our local garage to get the car running properly. After a few e-mail we got anser from seller (Auto westerhout) that we could let them know about repair costs, then we could get some money back. But we had sent three message to Aoutwesterhout, and didn't get any answer. I seems like they dosen't care about satisfied customer. They got their money and now we are worth nothing. So think twice before buying a car from this company!

I would like to thank the owner for the efforts that he did and the nice approach to my child.I came by train from Paris to buy a Tesla from him, I found the car perfect and everything was ready . The paperwork was done fast while drinking a coffee and a cookie for my little one.It was really appreciatied.Thank you

a fraudster who sold me a car and doesn't pick me up, he behaves haughtily and arrogantly, beware of this person, I will personally sue him for fraud and insults he gave me, if there are others who have suffered, don't be afraid, talk to him so that he can bear it the consequences
