Autozone often has better prices than other car parts stores. Some staff members are quite helpful, others less so. However it's not anymore my first choice store because the big retailers have a lot... See more

Crazy over priced
Crazy over priced. They wanted $60 for 4 denso iridium spark plugs. Rock auto has 4 of the same for $23. I’ll never even go into one of these scam shops again.
Poor Customer Service
I'd EMPHATICALLY recommend going elsewhere!
First, I need to say that all of the cashiers I've come across any time I've visited this location have been very polite and amicable. Here's the disappointing part.
This Auto Zone location is hands down the worst, most frustrating and poorly managed store I’ve ever dealt with. This location has no problem towing shopping customers’ vehicles, sticking them with hundreds of dollars in fees, yet they turn a blind eye to the daily circus happening in their own parking lot. Most days there are 30–40 people essentially tailgating with their cars spread out, hoods up, hanging around for hours while “working” on vehicles in a filthy, trash-strewn lot. It looks more like an unsupervised junkyard hangout than a retail business. Oil spills, debris, and random parts are left behind, and no one from management seems to care. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. Complaints to store management go nowhere. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews and have preferred to address any business concerns with store/business supervisors first; however, attempting to escalate issues to district and regional level management representatives did not change a thing. They've completely ignored in-store requests to speak to the store's general manager, Patty, and all other contacts have remained unreachable, despite leaving messages and contact information. As a legitimate paying customer I don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience and will refrain from shopping at ANY Auto Zone in the future as I believe brand loyalty and customer service go hand in hand. There are plenty of competitors willing to supply parts at less than retail with MORE ATTENTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE (i.e. RockAuto, Parts Geek, Honda Parts Now, etc.) Heck, at this rate, you might as well get the parts online and have one of the parking lot mechanics here do the work for you for a fraction of the cost since this is apparently what their business model currently encourages. If I ever need tires, batteries, oil, or as much as a pack of dielectric grease, I will unfortunately be going elsewhere in the future.

I bought 5 batteries so far with NO cranking amps. Autozone, oriellys, and napa all had returned defective batteries put back on the shelves to sell again. My old battery i turned in was on the shelf and the clerk refused to test it properly in front of me. So they lied to me.WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS WORLD, HAS EVERYONE GONE MAD.
Disappointed like always
Autozone is where i usually buy my oil change supplies from. They always have a special where you get a little discount if you buy you oil and oil filter together. For years i have not been able to figure out all of the details. I usually pick out the wrong oil or filter that would qualify for my discount. I tried to buy it online today for 45 minutes then go pick it up. The Autozone website wouldn’t let me complete my order. I go to the store and go to the counter. The young man there was friendly. Usually they aren’t. He said a lot of people say that. He got on the computer and i picked out what I wanted . He changed one of the filters because it didn’t qualify for the discount. He walked back with me and got the items and rang them up. 1 filter still didn’t qualify. So he figured out which one would. I agreed. He went back to the shelf came back and rang up my items. I did fet a slight discount but not what the ad said. I didn’t say anything just left. Autozone needs to figure this out. I won’t go back even though it’s close to my house. I’ll go to the W word which I don’t like at all but it’s better than Autozone
That they sale non functioning parts
I purchased a alternator day before yesterday from the AutoZone store # 821 I put it on correctly but the next day I was on my way to an appointment and my DIC lite up saying service charging station, my stability track lit up, and my car lost power in the middle of the street. When I got it to the store and the alternator was tested it tested as a bad alternator, so they agreed to replace it under the warranty, so both me and my wife were excited because we only have one vehicle at the moment and we use it to get to work each day. As our excitement hightens and I go to remove the alternator so I can get my new one, I was stopped and told that it came from the Northglen store and because of that we would have to wait until the money was returned to our card which would be 3 or 4 days, which means that we both would have to find a way to work and back afterwards. We don’t understand how that is our fault, because were made to suffer because of a product that we purchased, and the rest of where it came from, we both work in different cities from where we are employed and now we maybe on the verge of losing our jobs because of this unnecessary delay. We could have been allowed to receive our part and then the store shouldve had to be the one that has to deal with this issue, not us the customer.
I just want to say

Preston from Auto Zone on Wisconsin Ave. Appleton, Wisconsin
I went to Auto Zone on Wisconsin Ave. and went in with a broken right windshield wiper. I didn't know what kind of wiper it was. Preston was such a big help. He helped me find the right windshield wiper that matched the passenger side wiper. He was so helpful. He told me how to put it on because I didn't have the vehicle there. He's an outstanding employee and should be recognized for his outstanding service. He was so friendly and very generous because I didn't have enough money and he helped me pay for it. Thank you so much Preston. Me and my wife will never forget what you did for us. I'm very thankful. Thank you so much Jay
Problem solver
Ms. Samantha was a great help. She did not give up on finding my part and made sure. I got the right part in a timely manner. I will for sure return to her store
Terrible customer service

Exceptional Leadership and an Outstanding Team at AutoZone 1200 SW 27 AveOn Thursday
On Thursday, March 12, I had a truly memorable experience at AutoZone Auto Parts on 1200 SW 27 Ave, Miami. I feel it deserves to be shared.
From the moment I arrived, something immediately caught my attention: part of the store’s team is made up of women. I had the opportunity to speak with the Store Manager, Juan G., who explained that it was his initiative to create more opportunities for women to grow in a field traditionally dominated by men. I found that vision of leadership not only intelligent but also courageous and necessary in the times we live in.
The person who assisted me was Gisell Trujillo, and I must say her professionalism and attitude truly impressed me. With complete confidence and clear knowledge of her work, she replaced the engine air filter in my husband’s car, the wipers, and the battery, all while training Solianni, a new member of the team. Watching Gisell work with that combination of skill, efficiency, and willingness to teach was honestly admirable.
During that time, I noticed something interesting: several customers seemed surprised to see a woman performing this type of technical work, as if they did not expect it. To me, it was almost amusing, but also deeply meaningful, because what was actually happening was the opposite — a clear demonstration of capability, preparation, and professionalism.
Initiatives like the one led by Juan G. do more than strengthen a business; they also help break stereotypes and open doors for more women to develop in this field. As a woman and as part of our Latino community, I felt very proud to witness something like this.
I would also like to mention that on Friday, March 6, I was assisted at this same store by Roberto Neira, who also demonstrated outstanding knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. The team at this location is well-trained and truly committed to providing excellent service.
For all these reasons, I believe Juan G., Gisell Trujillo, and Roberto Neira deserve special recognition from the company. They have built a team that not only solves automotive problems but also represents professionalism, inclusion, and service to the community.
I encourage our community to support this team. When a business demonstrates real leadership, initiative, and commitment to people, it deserves to be recognized.
I recommend this store 100%. Their team is not only keeping cars running — they are also raising the standard of what customer service and leadership in our community should look like.
Thank you for making a difference.
I have been purchasing parts for 40…
I have been purchasing parts for 40 years. I know that the quality on the duralast brand is not the best but they have lifetime warranty. I try to purchase them because I keep my vehicle for a long time. Today I tried to use a warranty that I have used before and not only they cannot find that warranty it shows that I haven't purchased anything from them and have nothing under warranty for any of my vehicles. Corporate told me that there is nothing they can do unless I find my original receipt on all of my purchases. Now I have paid for warranties that are useless on 3 of my vehicles. Really bad system they have if you choose to purchase from them make sure you save ALL receipts.
We had alternator problem.
We had alternator problem.
A alternator was bought at their store.
It cost us $25.00 to have the old alternator taken off and new alternator put on. The new alternator was defective.
We had gotten another alternator at their store.
My wife car was acting up. We half to have the car because I am disable and she works in Nashville.
We ended up taking her car to Darrell Waltrip Automotive Group at Franklin , Tennessee.
The second alternator cost us $25.00 to take off. The second alternator was defective too.
These prices have labor cost.
Job 1 Computer $199.00
Job 2 Alternator $1031.23
Job 3 No Cost
Job 4 No Cost
Job 5 Battery $171.47
1 Day miss work $383.23
The two defective alternators probably caused the battery to go bad.
The battery was good before the two defective alternators.
Want to talk to me and gain my trust.
That scares me. Like I said to someone that works for your store any questions you all ask were answered by you.
Questions I ask aren’t really answered. If they are it’s like I am wrong.

Working at AutoZone
I used to work at AutoZone but not anymore. Ever since this new crew was hired. I have been humilated, put down even in front of customers. I have always tried to get along with anyone. I do know for a fact that one employee in particular created their own overtime without the permission of the manager. He never did anything about either situation. There has been 2 customers that have a complaint about the employee but the manager has done nothing about it. I will not work in that kind of environment.
I placed an online order on 02/09/2026 …
I placed an online order on 02/09/2026 and picked it up at the store address listed on the website. At pickup, I was given the wrong battery charger — the clamps were completely different from what I ordered. Unfortunately, I noticed this only on my way home.
I immediately returned to the store to exchange or return the item. The charger was taken back without any issue, but my money was NOT refunded. Instead, I was told that the correct charger would be ready for pickup the next day by 9:00 AM.
Today, after work, I came back to the store — and guess what?
No charger. No refund. No solution.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I am left without the product I paid for and without my money. Terrible communication, broken promises, and zero accountability. This experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.
I will seriously think twice before ordering from AutoZone again, and I do not recommend this store to anyone who values basic customer service and honesty. 6163 State Rd, Parma, OH, 44134
