This is for Discount ESP which is part of this organization. I believe they are no longer going under this brand name and only using Autrella. I tried to contact them for a quote on an ESP plan. Sent them all the information they requested. They left me messages and then texted me multiple times and each time I asked what else do you need for quote and never would provide quote. They refused to give me a quote unless I agreed to a phone call with one of their sales agents. The reason I went to the website and filled out the info was to avoid the high pressue sales tactics common for these plans. Ended up with a HD ESP and it was a pleasant experience with the Southern Devil finance staff. Told them what I would pay for 2 year plan and they said no problem and sent me the contract same day.
So now they are saying they don't do the ESP and no record of me contacting them? I have proof that I reached out on 1/03/26 for the quote and multiple text messages on my phone from their rep. To which I asked what do you need specifically from me to give me a quote, which they refused to provide unless I called them. As I said the online quote was useless...

My DESP review
I called DESP on march 2nd to renew my plan because i liked it and felt it reasonable. My plan included oil changes. It was a nominal and very affordable price. I contacted my rep to renew and he told me, Unfortunately we no longer deal direct with the public you have to go to a dealership. Well going to a dealership to renew or sign up. The following will probably be the score, the price maybe even higher almost to double the original cost.
Thus we will pay way more then necessary. This is unfair to those of us that want to renew and maybe unfortunately will not due to price increase. We all know prices go up BUT not like they will after the dealership gets theirs. I told my rep how unhappy i was and he apologized to me but it is out of his control. He listened to Mr and i asked him to put in my complaint. He said im sorry, thank you and i said the same. I since called one of the numbers he gave me and the shop was very rude. I did not call back. If i can update this, i will.

Non paying company.
Discount ESP did not cover the cost to fix my 2019 Harley-Davidson engine, due to me not having receipts for all oil I purchased. A lifter failed and destroyed my engine, even though I had records of all oil changes, some by a Harley-Davidson dealer and some by myself. This copy is a typical Insurance company, looking for ways not to cover insured items.
They lied again The amount was only $1,918.00.
And my records were performed per Harley-Davidson guidelines.

Was a relatively good experience
Everything actually went well, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I got the service plan I had asked if it is good for all services including big ones like 25k and was told it did. So when I got everything done found out that yes, you can use it on any service, however they will only pay $400 and you have to cover the rest. But other than that I was satisfied with the service, my heated grips went out and I got a screw in my back tire that was covered other than the deductible of course.

The cost of this service is significantly less than the one I had previously on other bikes. (That was the Harley dealership ESP plan.) He stayed in communication and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. I look forward to continued use of this service and will gladly recommend to others.

I have used Discount ESP for many years on numerous motorcycles. Luckily I have been very lucky with my bikes and all claims have been minor. Its great when you can drop off a bike for service and repair and your only contact is "your bike is ready" and the charge is only your deductible as promised when I purchased the policy. You would not cover my front tire. Your agent said it had dry rot which was ridiculous since it’s a 21 limited CVO with 15000 miles on it garage kept. Why offer wheel n tire if you don’t back it up
