Asked for terminated speaker cables
Asked for terminated speaker cables. One length arrived intermingled at one end. The second length came with mixed terminations ie red to black and black to red, these are hard pressed so impossible to fix yourself. They said they would collect and make corrections but their driver never turned up. A simple purchase became a fiasco. Would not recommend them.

Sonos connect amp
I bought a Sonos connect amp so I could stream music to my outdoor speakers. The amp was exactly as described in virtually as new condition and came with a years warranty. It was delivered promptly and extremely well packaged. I will definitely use AV.com again.
