Was not what i was expecting was thinking they look a littke more real for the price.

I wish they have zero star.
I am extremely disappointed with Avalore Jewelry. Please do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures and advertising.

I ordered their “4 pieces for $99” deal because everything looked beautiful online. What I received was completely disappointing. One pair of earrings arrived with a piece missing, the other earrings were bent and crooked, and the ring turned BLACK after only two days of wearing it.

What made it even worse was finding what appeared to be the same jewelry on Temu for around $2.

I tried contacting Avalore through Facebook, where I originally found their advertisement and placed my order, but I received no response. Later, they emailed me saying they could not refund my money because more than 30 days had passed.

I sent them videos and pictures showing the missing piece, the crooked earrings, and the ring that had turned black. They still refused to refund me.

I spent almost $100 and deeply regret this purchase. The beautiful advertising pictures did not reflect what I received at all.

Please be careful and do your research before buying. Based on my experience, you are better off spending your money somewhere else.
I email them i told them u are thief, thief, thief and i hope u will spend my money for your medical bills.

What I ordered is not what I got, it extremely cheap changes colour within days.. customer service is deplorable they drag out communication past the 30 days then say they can’t refund past that time. They are professional scammers. Do not order from these folks they are not nice they are thieves!!!

My jewelery looks just like the pictures. I was not disappointed.

The bracelet and necklace are lovely. Your ad is ridiculous.

First placed order half an hour ago, received instant text, appears to drum up more business, offer 20% off another item, i wanted gold colored bracelet this person said i order silver. Said contact @avalore jewelry and they can fix it. No they can't, two separate CSR 's said too late, order processed cannot correct it. Have to receive it and send it back. To me, in my opinion, not Mom. and Pop designer business, and they don't put the customer first, it's a sham. No confidence in the product at this point either, lesson learned, $20.00 down the drain...Thanks for nothing Avalore Jewelry, this is one customer who will not be returning for repeat business. You receive a 1 out of 10 with 1 being completely dissatisfied.

I received the earrings and they are beautiful. The one exception the hoop earrings did not have any backings to keep them on. When I buy earrings that are posts the backings come with it.

My silver necklace was stainless steel and the Safire earrings are cheap and broke the first week! They have offered to refund $25 of $107! Been trying to get a return address and they are refusing! This is nothing more than a scam! I want a full refund and Avalore is refusing! I have pictures too bad cannot upload them. Yesterday I asked for the return address and was advised it would COST me $25-30 to return my 4 items! They are refusing to refund for the broken earrings! Everything their ads say are lies! I cannot believe I was scammed by a company in another country! They are not even based Anywhere in the USA! Please be aware of these companies! I am out $86 as they are refusing to honor their own ads. So depressing.

Some jewelry didn't live up to the pictures.

Is a all a lie , no handcrafted jewelry , all made casted cheap and rough , not worth one dollar , no store going out of business they are made in china and is a scam don't buy is worthless, they expect you to pay return fee stay away from this store

The experience was ok, it took longer to receive the package than expected.

I am very Leary lately about ordering online items but you have restored my faith! Everything went as you said, the products are good quality the packaging was also nice and the delivery was when you said! I feel safe in ordering from you again, and I’m enjoying my new pieces I’ve added to my collection! Thank you for being truthful and forthright! Happy customer!

This is where I always order my necklaces for years and I loved it so much. it never disappoints me. It never tarnish or turn your skin to green. Love it & will definitely be ordering more especially since Christmas is around the corner.

The ordering process, communications and delivery was excellent. The ring I ordered made my finger turn green so I question the quality of that item .

I ORDERED 2 NECKLACES ,POOR QUALITY,TARNISH IN 2 DAYS. DISCUSSED,I DIDN'T TRY TO SEND MERCHANDISE BACK . I PUT IN THE TRASH. I WOLD HAVE DONE BETTER AT AVON OR THE CORNER BEAUTY STORE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
