I used Avanset’s VCE Simulator for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA‑C03) exam. The realistic timed practice tests helped improve my confidence and pacing. I paired it with other study materials and it worked well overall.

From the moment I installed the software, I found it intuitive and straightforward. No steep learning curve. The layout is clean, the functions are obvious, and I wasted no time getting into productive study.

The realism of the mock exams in Avanset brought down my anxiety significantly. Instead of going in cold, I felt familiar with the exam layout and pace. That comfort paid off on test day.

Using Avanset’s exam simulator felt exactly like the real thing. I could practice under timed conditions, review my mistakes, and improve steadily. By exam day I felt genuinely prepared and calm. Highly recommend for serious test-prep.

customer service is non-existent - will leave you hanging, drying - deceptive trade practices

Bought all the VCE simulators so that they charge a lot for the VCE file with the exam questions and then tell you that you have to pay a lot more to get the simulator and without which you cannot access the VCE file.
Turn to the competition which is much cheaper and better to use.

Not recommend. Bought their subscription as a mistake. Used less than 10 mins. Request for a refund and they refused. Their reason is i log in and already used it.

Guys, it’s a dodgy business. Registered as Tradesol Group Ltd it’s cashing in on desperate people who want to be certified. The company has a small room which they call an office in East Ham I’ve visited it, it’s shared amount other dodgy businesses. The telephone number on the site is a non London number. You can only contact them by email. Looking at the company setup, it’s a 1 man band operation. They have truly worked together with other providers to make getting certs a commodity. Keep away from these guys.

Purchased 3 months subscription.
Subscription expired today.
Logged in to a website to verify it will not renew and my credit card is not added anywhere.
On website the subscription is marked as expired and the only option is to renew it manually.
No page with my credit card information so I thought they did not store it anywhere.

I was just charged for another 3 months.

1) There was no option to prevent this from happening on website as the expired subscription had "Expired" status with no option to remove it completely
2) There was no credit card removal option and no sign they even store it

Still, I was charged for another 3 months of subscription I do not need. I am worried now they have my credit card info and they hide this. Taking into account they are scammers...

as others, needed VCE player to play examcollection.com dumps. Those noob issues like exceeding license (you need to remove/withdraw from old comps) ; other OS (well, need to learn to read) ; impossible subscriptions cancels (on can be done on portal) , my issue is that a: it's very expensive b: I got 2 of my CCs hacked on the site. Don't usually use this particular CC (prepaid mastercard) bought from examcollection and avanset. within a month or 2 I got all the $$ taken small amounts (like Uber, delivery, sports goods in West coast US) , threw the card away. Next year same story with a brand new CC, first purchase this time only Avanset (tried the free dumps from examcollection) and got hacked CC within weeks trying to take 800$. Lukcily could get my bank to cancel those after a few days. On reddit, heard same with other people. Stay away, they are scammers who steal and sell your CC info

I purchased the product two weeks ago and after download I started receiving an error message stating that I have exceeded the maximum number of activations, which the asks you to upgrade to three computers at an extra $20 a month. I have contacted the support email 30 times and have not yet received a reply, also adding Avanset to my safe domains. I have also tried the contact number on numerous occasions +44 2921 28 3808. I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute.

Its a Scam! they have your account auto renew and will not reimburse !

Avanset and Exam-Labs are a complete scam!! Avoid at all costs and if you've had any issues with them, please report your experience with the Better Business Bureau! They need to be stopped! The 5 star reviews on here are fake, just like both company's! Many answers on the practice tests are WRONG and all of the reviews on their page are FAKE as you cannot leave a review after paying for services. Their pass rate is also a lie! AVOID AND REPORT!!!

I think more and more companies are developing their own test engine and avoiding VCEs for two reason.
1. VCE player is subscription based and ridiculously expensive.
2. After paying, if you want to use it on tablet or phone you need a second full license, not free or discounted. I think they are isolating themselves from customers and vendors and it’s not going to end well for them.

Stay away from them if you can (which is not easy because they are a sort of monopoly). The product is poorly coded: I was editing an exam in VCE DESIGNER, then a bug happened and wiped out the whole test!!! Didn't happen only once. And this is such a simple software!!! With PLAYER I had no problems.
Also, they are scam operation, trying to steal money whichever way they can. They do not send invoices (obligatory in many countries), nor notifications about subscription renewal. They just autoextend the subscription. If you are not monitoring your credit card, you can end up with a nasty surprise. Refund - forget about it. The unsubscribe is very difficult to find on their site, and it has to be on purpose.
In summary: poor coding/product, plus highly unethical.

Disclaimer:Buy at your own risk. I signed up quaterly subcription on simulator with 89.99 USD on 1 May 2022. I forgot to cancel subcription within 3 months. Their website auto-charged from my bank account on 29 Jul. Instead of charging me 89.99 $ for renewal fee, They charged me double (179++ ). And I reached out to (support at avanset.com) twice within 4 days, they never reply to me even though their website claims that they will support within 24 hours. Then I made calls multiple times today ,and no one picked up the line.

Avanset is quitely remove users ability to print exams that they owned and created. Customer service told me to send vce files to them to print. This should have been communicated to paid users. Very bad customer PR.

Oke product but support sucks, upgrade to Windows 11 and key doesn't work anymore. So i need to pay for another full license.

Avanset is a scammer.I purchased the simulator directly from their website and when I tried to use it in my Mac. They said to me that I need to buy another subscription for iOS . I asked them to change the plan and they said we are not allowed to do that. I paid $119 and I never used the software. I asked for a full refund and they said we are sorry. The product has been used. I don’t know when ???
