We recently moved into our new home in Rosyth, and there were a few snagging issues that needed attention. Holly and Andy Jones have both been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A special thank you to Andy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired to a high standard.
We really appreciate everything you’ve done and couldn’t be happier with the service!

I have had multiple issues with my poor quality property along with many on the estate I live on. Once Avant have your money they do not care about you. I would be inclined to say a lot of the positive reviews on here are fake after speaking to multiple Avant home owners in different areas. If you buy an avant home and just expect a cheap shell that needs all woodwork/drainage/bathrooms redoing thats what you get. Everything inc windows are the cheapest and poor quality. My driveway is cracking also due to plastic manhole covers that do not comply with regulations.

"I recently raised a complaint with Avant regarding a water leak caused by missing sealant in my kitchen sink. Darren visited my home today and resolved the issue within just a few minutes.

We have recently purchased a house on the Seely Fields Development. Throughout the whole process we have been supported and given plenty of advice by the sales reps Ruby & Kornelija. Even after moving into our property we have been supported by all staff on site when we have had a few queries and they have been resolved asap.
They both have gone above and beyond with all our queries and we could not thank these enough.

I had two of Avant’s customer care team attend my property this morning to carry out some snagging works. Both gentlemen, Jim Brown and Paul Weatherston done a fantastic job and were very professional.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to James and Zara (Sorby Park Waverly) and the entire Avant Homes team for making our home-buying journey such a positive and memorable experience.

From the very beginning through to the handover, James was incredibly supportive, professional, and always willing to help. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated the care and attention we received at every stage.

Overall, we have had a fantastic experience with Avant Homes and would happily recommend them to our friends and family who are looking to buy a new home.

Our handover day was especially memorable, and we've captured some wonderful photos to remember the occasion. We'd be delighted if Avant Homes shared them on their Instagram page.

We have been looking at New Builds for a while and while timing didn't allow us to purchase with Avant I can honestly say we had the best experience with their Sales office.

Jen at Jackton, East Kilbride is friendly, helpful and professional and arranged us to view a home that had been purchased and moved in to already. We can't thank her enough!

Working with Avant homes in Earls park was a really positive experience.
Louise and Tashana were amazing and took the time to answer our questions patiently and thoroughly, making sure we understood everything.

I have been dealing with Katie at Altofts Acers for a week or so now we are yet to reserve so will re review when and if we get to this stage however, Katie has been a pleasure to deal with. She is very attentive has been in touch constantly dealing with any queries I have and has gone above and beyond with myself even going through the house types when initially deciding to step back from the house we looked at initially, and has aided us in trying to help us find our forever home. She is a absolute credit to your firm.

Made welcome and at ease at a very difficult time. Love the layout of the house estate and great upgrades and options available.

Chris at craignathen gate Glenboig has been very helpful to us from start to finish anything we asked for or got fixed was done promptly he is very polite and curtious in his job

Julia at Lawrence point has been incredible throughout our whole process. Her communication was excellent and she always kept us in the loop.

Build quality is extremely poor. Promise you everything and deliver nothing once they have youre money

Nothing short of a shambles. Communication is terrible arranged to have my home demo today at 11am waited 20 minutes and nobody turned up. Called Head Office who put me through to the regional office who I explained the situation to. I was then told give me 2 minutes and I will call you back guess what at the time of writing this that was 30 minutes ago!!!

Quality of the appartments are moderate. I think the team build it overnight, or I am just used to the European builds. I think that they can improve on having better maintenance hired here in Midlothian since they tried to fix my leaking faucet but still is not fixed after months. Also we have issues with millipedes everywhere even in the yoga room and in the gym. Maybe also hire a better cleaning team? I do loveeeee the community garden and our manager Amanda. She is helpful always!

We have had a great experience with Avant so far in our part exchange process. Louise at Earls Park is a breath of fresh air to deal with, always so lovely to speak to and makes us feel valued as customers. We know the sales office is busy with customers like ourselves looking to complete at the end of June, and the team is a member down in the last month. You would never know this when you speak to Louise, she never rushes her calls with us, is always so friendly and it's a pleasure dealing with her.

The site, at Cadley Village, is well located and laid out, not crowded in like some sites we’ve seen. The Thornbury is a modern, spacious design that meets all of our needs. In the sales office Hannah Robinson has been outstanding in facilitating our reservation. She has made every effort to answer all of our queries, and if she couldn’t answer immediately she came back to us with the answer very quickly. Hannah has been very professional but at the same time welcoming and has put us at ease during a stressful time (death in the family).
Hannah is always cheerful and positive, guiding us through the process. Luke Steven’s-Wright has also proved very helpful and supportive, for which we are grateful.
All in all a highly satisfactory service.
