Misleading as they do not give you the…

Misleading as they do not give you the option to buy the gadget cover and it just says optional which is misleading even when you get the Deluxe one which is the more expensive.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Avanti.

Our gadget cover is an optional extra, if you speak with an agent to get a quote they will ask you about it and when getting a quote online once you have selected the policy you require and before payment you are presented with the page that shows the optional extras for you to select. You are also able to add this on after purchase by calling us on 0333 577 5021.

earlier this year was stuck in Asia because of Donald Trump and israel war against Iran.! and I did find it quite hard to get an answer about claiming for a new flight home,..

Language barrier

The staff member I spoke to had a foreign accent and I had to keep asking her to slow down so I could understand what she was asking me. I am not completely convinced that the contact ran smoothly and will await my email copy of my policy to make sure I have the correct detail and cover I ordered.
