Powerful bit of kit
Just purchased one of these after my previous well‑known brand gave up. I’d seen a lot of positive reviews about the Ava pressure washers, so I decided to give them a try. The feedback online is solid, and the 20‑year warranty is impressive whether it covers absolutely everything is another matter, but it’s still far better than most.
I went for the P80 Large, and after watching an assembly video on YouTube, I had it put together and running in no time. It’s a powerful, heavy, and well‑built bit of kit. I’ve only used it once so far to wash my car, but I’m really happy with the performance.
The only thing that feels a little flimsy is the reel for winding up the power cable, but that’s my only gripe at the moment.
Delivery was quick and came well packaged

i've just bought my First pressure washer with Ava and it's an absolutely fantastic piece of kit. There was a problem with the top of my holster plastic which I told Ava about in their customer service. They quickly rectified and sorted this out the same day absolutely amazing customer service.

Great power washer
Bought this a while ago but only got a chance now to use the patio cleaner. It is really easy to use does a great job of removing algae etc. Machine is powerful and blasts dirt away with ease. My only criticism is that the machine is heavier than I expected. But then it does have a 10 warranty so I guess its built to last.

I ordered via Amazon a p 57 washer ,did…
I ordered via Amazon a p 57 washer ,did the minor set up and connected the hose to find water leaking from the main hose reel tried to press the hose in but it would not retain and kept popping out so it's unusable contact customer support but as yet no reply,but I am disappointed.. I may have been unlucky but I requested a return.. the return will be over a week,the refund ten days later and I will have the cost of return deducted from the refund!! So they sell a defective unit and charge me for sending it back ,it does not say how much the return will be either..I live on my pension and can't replace it until everything is sorted .. I am not happy.. that's an understatement

Faulty patio race.
I completed the on-line form regarding the fault that had ocurred with my patio race. I was sent an email with two codes, one for a replacement patio race and one for free postage. The replacement arrived within two days.
