From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Out of stock and no communication
I purchased two pairs of sandals. After waiting 10 days for the second pair to arrive, I chased you to find out what was going on. I was told you did not have the item in stock and I would get a refund. As at the time of posting the item is still listed as in stock and available on your website.
