I can see that you placed your order on Friday, 11th September 2026. Your vacuum cleaner was delivered the following day at around 1pm, which is actually even faster than our promised Next Working Day Delivery! 😊
I’m sorry that you weren’t able to get through to us on Saturday. You are correct that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays; however, all enquiries received over the weekend are picked up and responded to on Monday morning.

price competitive but delivery and packageing
The price was the most competitive but when item received the box was crushed, badly damaged as if it had been exposed to water and impact.
DPD lied about 2 delivery attempts which had never been made due to our cameras and a person waiting in for the delivery.
Overall I would have just paid the extra £15 to have received a promptly delivered item that didn't appear as if it had been dropped and kicked 10x and left in the rain
