Customer service was a bit slow to respond, but eventually when they did, they were compliant with my request to cancel my order and issue a refund.

Hi , Sorry for the order's delay. Usually, we ship out within 3-5 working days after placing the order. The hot-sale products needs to be customized after placing order. But affected by peak season recently, the goods need to be disinfected and checked at the customs and warehouse. It will resulting in delayed delivery.
According to cancel policy, unshipped orders can be cancelled if you want to. Please don't worry.
