Great experience. Lovely products beautifully presented in a gift box. Delicate and beautiful charms. I love the 2 charms for the price of one. Looking forward to receiving my second locket and then getting my third. Delivery takes a little time but worth the wait.

Complaint!! I ordered a locket on the 19th of December recieved one cross charm on the 5th January and the locket and the rest of my charms were coming separately. Kept advising the company that I had not recieved the balance of my order they kept sending tracking image of parcel in a letterbox. Numerous Emails sent advising non receipt of my locket have got absolutely nowhere. So, I have paid almost £100 for a tiny cross charm. They told me to contact all my neighbours to see if they had it. Given up now but I would not order anything with this company. Their customer service is appalling

Do not order from this sight its a scam , i paid £49.50 for a locket and charms i waited weeks for delivery , the items are so poor , cheap cold colour poor quality .

This company is a scam. They took my money and never sent me my product. They stopped responding to my emails once I realized I won't be getting it, or a refund. FRAUD!

this is the worst company i have ver dealt with. my watch didnt work properly. they told me for a credit i had to return it at my cost to MALAYSIA. i would rate it a 0 if i could.

Misleading from shipping, tracking updates, delivery, and no refund for product paid for, but not received. Process has taken 6 weeks to date (Apr 7-May 24 2021) and is still ongoing with my requests for a full refund. Fraud

Do not buy from them. Products don't work properly. They don't have a phone #, only an email
They give you the run around to send them pictures then videos. Then they don't allow you to return anyway unless you pay $40 to return international certified to Malaysia. I was like : whaattt???? They are scammers.

I wish I could give a zero star. It's a scam company. Don't buy anything from this website. They sell only junk at a super expensive price and people like us believe easily from the fake reviews on the Avilora website. I ordered a face lifting mask and I am regretting my decision to buy that product. The product is fake and not at all working. They also won't accept the return even though on the website they guarantee 30 days return policy. Their products are terrible. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.!!! STAY AWAY.! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF AND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE JUNK. Received package from PO Box 6368 Rosemead, CA 91770 and product was defective and totally inoperable. Instructions were all in Chinese. I have contracted Avilora three times and provide pictures and video of the defective product and ask for refund and where to return the product. This is actually from Singapore. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office for assistance. Don S.

I never received my package after a month the tracking said delivered but never received it. I reached out to someone on the email provided on my confirmation email and was told that because of insufficient address package was found on the road and shipped back to be destroyed and I would not get a refund nor the package because I put wrong address which was not true.. Unbelievable! This is un heard of if carrier can’t deliver the package they sent back to sender . This is the worse experience I ever had. Don’t buy anything from this company. SCAM!

Do not purchase anything from this company. I bought a product and it took three months to arrive. I contacted them frequently regarding my shipment and told them I was moving so by the time the product would arrive it would be a different address. I contacted the shipment company and was told that my item would be replaced if it was not received. They seem to have one person who works in customer service who is so extremely unhelpful. This company is a scam.

Terrible product for a terrible price and it took a month longer than what they said it would to arrive. After ordering the product was non refundable even though it said delbiratly how it was on the website. If anyone knows how we can get rid of this company I'm willing to do whatever to get my money back and stop people from getting screwed.

They will not return your product even when damaged through mail.

What a nightmare! Took 2 months to receive and they sent the wrong product and no packing slip so had no idea where the ting came from! Sent them pictures of what I received and they will not admit they sent the wrong thing! Unbelievable these people. You will regret ordering from them and from what I received their products are CHEAP!

I bought the product "Ultracavitat Fat & Cellulite Remover " and it was absolutely doing nothing so I asked to return it. the office is in Singapore and sales office in the US but I had to send to Malaysia and use my own shipping method non refundable. What happened to your money back guaranteed on your site?
This is really poor customer experience and I certainly don't recommend even trying it. once you bought it, you are stuck with it. Very unhappy
