do not touch this company
do not touch this company. I ordered a part approx 4 months ago but still nothing. I've had several e mails from various company names all apparently to do with this business promising a delivery in 2-4 weeks but nothing ever happens. I have requested a refund only to be told that all the companies had gone bust and I would not get anything. I have given up now !
Non existent customer service
Item delivered was not what I needed, emailed for returns process, no communication from them at all. I have raised a PayPal dispute.
Avoid this seller is my best advice.
Awful company and customer service
Awful company and customer service. Lied and said item had been posted when DPD had never received the item. When confronted with evidence of this from DPD no communication. A few days later an email arrived to say a refund was being processed. Avoid like the plague!
Hoover spares parts
Be aware they advertised on website “ 7-14 working days “ to receive your order. In fact we’ve been waiting for nearly a month and no update for order status. Need to make a call then realised they didn’t have any stock until end of month , then will take another 5 working days to deliver. Even you paid additional money to speed up the shipment but zero update about your order.
Be very careful when you purchase any household devices from this company ,like we purchased washing machine. It’s really difficult to have a proper service.

Item purchased via buyspares.co.uk which is under the umbrella of Connect Distribution Services Ltd.
Washing machine parts let-down.
Placed an order for washing machine bearing set from Buyspares, one of the Connect Distribution companies.
They advised at point of purchase they normally dispatch items with-in ten days of ordering.
I waited for the ten days to elapse having received no notification of dispatch in that time, then sent them an email.
They responded by stating that their supplier had no stock of this item and had no idea when stocks would be replenished and if I wanted a refund to contact them, which I did, saying that the majority of websites showed whether items were in stock or not.
They sent me a replying email, saying a service advisor would contact me with-in 48 hours. That was on the 9th September. Today is the 14th and still no contact, so I phoned their number. The options given did not include customer services, ( perhaps they don't consider this important). The nearest I could understand was to contact their finance department as I was looking for a refund.
I have seen other bad reviews from this company.
Also, they operate more than one business from this address, which in itself is not an issue, except that it's another Spares company called Partsmaster and they also state that orders may take up to ten days to dispatch. Surely this ought not to be allowed......

I paid in full including VAT to espares.ie for a part for my Karcher pressure washer. If I still want the part I have to pay VAT again and a handling charge to Irish customs. This will be the last time using epares because it deceived me into thinking I was buying off an Irish site

Seeing they say is believing. I went, saw and believed.
I purchased a TV sound bar online. the bracket for mounting the sound bar got misplaced. I was advised to go to 4ourhouse website and purchase another one, which l did. It arrived a day before the day of mounting the sound bar.
Miraculously, l would say, the missing bracket resurfaced process .
The only choice that came to my mind was to look for a way to return the purchased copy, which l did.
A staff member of 4ourhouse Andleab
has been so professional in supporting me in this regard. Andleab remained professional,patient, approachable, patient and willing to ensure that my returns problem was resolved to my satisfaction .Andleab's communication skills is very commendable.
I will not hesitate in recommending anyone that wishes to shop online at 4ourhouse.
I paid in full (including VAT) for a part from eSpares.ie. The Irish customs informed me that VAT was still due on it. eSpares advised me to read their T&Cs and - wait for it - 'Have a Nice Day'.
I ordered a part from eSpares.ie and paid for it, including VAT. The eSpares receipt specifically confirmed this VAT payment to me in their receipt. In time I received a message from the Irish Customs via their official agent, An Post, to say that VAT was due on this part + an extra handling fee. When I contact eSpares about this they told me to read their Terms and Conditions and ... wait for it ... 'have a nice day!'
I ordered 4 spare parts for my Grundig…
I ordered 4 spare parts for my Grundig Freezer. (From 4yourhouse.co.uk). I received one right item and 2 wrong ones. (One was a part for a washing machine). Customer services is now by email. After many emails back and forth I wasn’t getting anywhere and a new person answered replied each time. The live chat facility didn’t work. So in frustration I phoned 0844 557 2510 - Connect Distribution Services Ltd. This is the big distribution company who deal with all of the smaller companies like e-spares, part master, 4ourhouse etc. The invoice I received was from them. If you want to speak to a human being choose Option 1 (Trade) not option 4 (Spares). You will get a to speak to someone. I spoke to a lady called Tasmin who I explained my problem to and she got a lovely lady called Vicky to ring me back. Vicky arranged for a courier to pick up my unwanted wrong items and a refund including the postage originally paid. She then re-ordered the correct parts and gave me a number to ring if there were any future problems. So my 5 Stars are for Tasmin and Vicky who are a credit to the company. Tip - when you ring with a problem be polite, however frustrated or angry you feel. You are speaking to someone who didn’t make the original mistake and is trying to do their job in difficult circumstances. Be nice!
AVOID, awful repair and worst customer service!
I contacted this company to fix my oven door which they managed to do but unfortunately during the 3 visits needed to fix the door they then broke the grill and 1 of the hob burners which they then refused to fix and said the issue may have existed before they attended. We are now worse off than before we contacted them, AVOID at all costs!
Item never appeared in stock for 5 months
Purchased an additional glass shelf for a fridge freezer in Jan 2021 with partmaster. After receiving the same automated spam message ever few weeks from partmaster...... Your order is now expected (insert some date a month in the future) I finally receive what I had expected since about Feb but this time from connect distribution. This item is not coming into stock and we are refunding the payment.
Unsure their link to partmaster or Currys but seems legit. Seems like the item was never intended to come into stock and folks are strung along.
Sent wrong part
Sent wrong part - no correspondence responded to after this. Ignored PayPal dispute - no refund, no response - stay clear
Good Service

Rogue traders
Paid up front for a job they didn't do or wanted to do and they still not given me my money back. Endless emails and phone calls to be fogged off customer service is a joke. I consider this company as fraudulent and scammers and needs reporting to trading standards. They hold on to your money with no compensation for there incompetence behaviour steer well clear of REPAIRCARE. They say NO FIX NO FEE and risk free buying with money back guarantee Lies all of it Lies............I have had no money refunded or compensation back from them Beware
