Ordered sprout shots in March. Still waiting after multiple chummy emails.

I'd have been happier with 'yep, we've got some cash/product flow problems'.

Not the degree of honesty I would expect from this company - they've clearly got themselves in a mess. Meanwhile, they have my money.

I am so pleased my husband attended a bio hack conference show back in 2023 and discovered these little pots of gold for me whilst I was on a healing journey. I had read so much about the benefits of sulforaphane and no way could I grow enough broccoli sprouts to equate to 2.6kg which these shots contain. I take them pretty much every day (not sure I'll ever love the taste) but I know they are so beneficial and they make me feel great and I love the fact they come from a family run farm. They are an amazing health hack

Placed an order, never came, emailed 3 times expressing concern, no reply nothing. Scam company don’t waste your money

I have consistently been taking the wheatgrass shots for years and I truly feel that they have eradicated some of the perimenopause symptoms I was experiencing- my brain fog has lifted and I have more energy. Their customer service is world class- no automated responses- a team that responds and goes above and beyond. Great products and great service.

Avocado Ninja provides genuinely excellent customer service. I receive speedy, polite, and friendly replies every time I get in touch. I also love (and have absolute faith in) their products. My particular favourite is the water jug and filter. The taste is great and it filters out so much more than any other filter jug I've tried. The pHour Salts have also made a significant difference to my energy levels.

To be fair they did try to communicate some information about the mess up. Ultimately none of it made sense or rang true and felt like they were making up on the fly. (The batch hasn’t turned up from the farm, now it has, now it hasn’t, here’s a different product, it is organic although it says it’s not, there’s been a labelling mix up, it’ll be sorted, we’ve been let down by our supplier, the non organic one comes from the same farm, there’s a batch due but it’ll say it’s out of date on it but it’s not, promise). Needless to say, I’ve cancelled my subscription - although still awaiting the last order from the 3rd January which had already been paid for.
Found a more reliable supplier. Shame, as this company used to be really good.
Either they’re the unluckiest business people on the planet or a bunch of chancers, but I’m not hanging about to try and decipher which.

Had some issues with my order at first (due to massive demand). Received a personalised and detailed email explaining this and received my order today. The broccoli sprout juice is tasty and I tolerate it well. Will be getting a monthly subscription next time since they're going fast.

Placed an ordered weeks ago & not a word since. Despite sending regular messages. What the hell is going on????

Absolutely terrible. Ordered months supply of different shots (beetroot, wheatgrass) and they sent me them with only 5 days left on the use by date (for a months use!).

Have tried to contact them multiple times for the last 2 weeks and zero response.

I have nothing but praise for this company, I have really noticed the difference in the quality and taste of my water since filtering it using the avocado ninja jug, the filters last for ages and the customer service is gold standard which is important to me as a blind and disabled customer currently going through radiotherapy, Callum has shown me great kindness and empathy in helping me navigate the ordering process and ensuring I understand how to get the most out of this fabulous product as well as arranging deliveries at no extra cost to fit around my treatment schedule

Great quality products and I really trust their advice on following an alkaline lifestyle. I am currently really enjoying the broccoli sprout juice - slight delay in delivery but Callum kept me well-informed every step of the way. I would really recommend this company.

Scammers! I ordered from them, they won't send anything and didn't reply when I asked why the delay

Since purchasing a Ninja Alkaline water jug several years ago, the website and literature material shared by post, has provided me with an intelligent and inspiring resource. Any problems encountered, such as changing address for the quarterly refills was dealt with generously and in good time. More recently in matters related to the PH products Callum has been super helpful and guidelines on the website reassuringly successful.

This company steals your money.
I placed 2 orders a while back. One worked the other they got wrong. Then the owner, Callum, said I should get a monthly subscription, so I did. I paid my first £49 on 9th October. They took the money the same day. Since then they have not dispatched my order or answered my 6 emails to their help desk. They have, literally, stolen my money. Today is 24th October and still nothing.

Although a slight delay when I ordered a replacement filter for my Ultrastream water system and battling with Spanish customs , I finally received the filter. Callum allowed me a discount to help cover custom and duty charges etc.... Very pleased with the care and attention given. I would like to order other products but unfortunately due to Brexit it makes it very difficult importing into Spain

I’ve had my Avocado Ninja water filter for a while now. I was a little sceptical at first. I wasn’t convinced that I would be able to tell the difference.

I have been proven wrong. Our water tastes so much better now and there’s no way I would go back to drinking unfiltered water now. Bonus that my kettle no longer has limescale either!

Definitely worth a try.
