Downhill Company

Been entering their sweepstakes but think that it's just a way to gain customers because every time I enter I'll just get an email within time from a different rep to shop with. Anyways, been trying to place an order on site but it always gets frozen or bumps me off so I gave up. Used to sell it back in the day and products were good but I just can't believe that now that if you sell anything under $40.00 you'll receive NO commission...Greedy company it sounds like these days.

Anew Platinum Day Cream with SPF 25. Definition and reviews all talk about this wonderful special technology cream. THIS IS SUNSCREEN. The USES for this product state. "help prevent sunscreen" also good to use as a base for sunscreen. Active ingredients are only for the sunscreen. No special technology anywhere, especially not in the inactive ingredients which don't even make up a moisturizer. False/Fake advertising. The actual product tells you what it is and that is SUNSCREEN (very expensive and low spf that it is recommended to use as a base for other more powerful sunscreens.

Placed an order 27th March - money taken. No way to contact Avon

Placed an order 27th March. Card was charged. Haven't received my order. 'Contact us' options are a total failure. NO replies to emails. Phone number on web site inactive. No reply via X. Waiting for an agent on what's app (2 min wait) ...that was 5 days ago. Want a refund or will initiate a charge back through card company. This is a company who want NO contact with dissastified customers.

This new Avon sucks

I have ordered expensive clothing from Avon. I always use the Avon size charts. I always order a larger size as clothing never fits my bust properly. I usually wear an XL. I ordered one top it was ok and fit well. I ordered the black set with the Diamond zippers. Almost 80$. Ordered according to fit my bust. The top is so small I cannot wear it. The pants are so large a 3x person could fit them. Same thing with the Wild pyjamas. Top is small and short. Bottoms are extremely huge. Even after I washed them. I ordered an XL sweatshirt it is way too big could fit a 3x person. I ordered that summer red dress with buttons down the front and pockets. I wore that twice and the material is splitting sideways so it’s like the material is so thin that if you move one way it gets stretched and makes holes in it. The lined leggings with the soft material inside to keep you warm. My XL was again to big and could fit A 3x person. The clothing you sell is not worth the price at all. Cheap material, cheap clothing. Also my favorite senses cherry lip balm has changed . It is no good anymore.Tastes terrible. And it is not the perfect product it was before. The jewelry, I have ordered necklace and earrings with bracelet set only because it is not big and flashy like most of the jewelry sets. The bracelets are always way too big for me. Most of the jewelry is beyond ugly. I ordered 2 rings in a size 8. I know I fit 7-8 on my fingers. They are so big I can’t wear them.
Same old boring expensive products every campaign just on a different page. I only purchase when they are below 20$. Avon used to sell good bras & underwear, shapewear. Beautiful socks. But not anymore. I purchased a pink and white roller ball massage piece that is awesome. Wanted To order more however you cannot get that anymore. All the T-shirts you sell like the three packs or two packs they’re all short on the torso. No one wants to buy T-shirts and then wash them and they go up to their waist. You should sell them in plain colors with no designs on them and longer on the torso, some of the ugly designs I just can’t believe that you expect people to buy that stuff. And all the kitchen things you’re now selling at the back of the book like measuring spoons and stuff. Nobody wants that stuff. That’s not Avon.. It makes me very angry that Avon is not the way it used to be.. I order through a rep that is on my street. I have not ordered last campaign. I am not ordering this campaign due on the 20th.. there is nothing in there that is new. It’s just all the same as all the campaigns before.. I am very disappointed in Avon. I spend hundreds of dollars on my orders, not anymore..My rep is wondering why. I am going to show her this review tomorrow . Tina Waniandy

Avon refuse to reinstate credit limit Avon and remove restriction from my account about get return or refund damage items

I'm having issues with Avon where took away my credit limit with Avon without my knowledge and didn't told me if make certain order 6 campaign automatically get remove with no email anything. I read can be reinstated off website online but refuse reinstate my credit limit and also refuse remove block my account because told call damage purchase told put restriction no longer get refund damage products. Products never available

The products continuously change, when you find one you like it's discontinued and the available products are out of stock for months at a time. This used to be a good company for beauty and fashion products, but not anymore. Don't waste your time trying their products, they change or get discontinued them as soon as you find one you like. If it's not discontinued it won't be available for 3-5 months.

I would give a 0 star if I could

I would give a 0 star if I could. I tried to cancel or change my address because the shipping address was incorrect right after I created it, and they wouldn't do that, and now I have to end up paying $46.29 (the whole order was only $89) to change the address with UPS. This is Avon's response and it's unheard of: "Once your order has been submitted successfully, it will be in a "Processing" status. Your order is immediately sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipping. This is the reason why we couldn't change the shipping address for your order or cancel it." They are the only stores in the world that you can't make a change or cancel the order right after you made an order.

Avon clothing purchase- Never Again!

I used to love Avon and I recently purchased clothing for the first time from them it was $45 plus taxes. When it arrived it had weird pointy shoulders so decided to return it and they told me I have to pay to ship it back to them. Post office cheapest way was $22 so that’s awful customer service. Can’t believe they make the customer pay for shipping to return. Shame on you Avon. Never again!

I trusted Avon products for years then…

I trusted Avon products for years then new ownership destroyed the one thing I loved for hand cream. They destroyed ot first with a very horrible smell then they took it off the market. That’s it for me. I don’t use their makeup or colognes and certainly not the clothes or jewelry so I will not darken the website any longer. I tried the new lotions and they were not good. None of them.

horrible customer service

I am writing based on my experience for the last six months
...number one my Avon rep has been canceling my order that I submit online. It's been consistent the last six months, last month she completely canceled my online order completely. I tried to order it online and have it delivered to my house and for some reason, the website would not accept my payment so I called the 1 800 number this morning 1/16/26 7:40am pacific time and the gentleman named Charles (his code SPTE438) horrible customer service wouldn't help me wouldn't let me speak to someone to help me. I had to hang up and call back to submit my order.AND if I didn't love Avon products I would not order them ever again unfortunately I love the products, but the customer service is awful.
So thankfully I finally got someone who is really really good after the fact and I guess from now on I have to just order the products directly through the 1 800 number but make sure I don't get in touch with Charles. Something needs to be done about this and there's no way to contact anyone which is why I'm writing a review here.

Avon Buyers Beware

Buyers beware when purchasing on the Avon website. Avon offered a discount via an online " spin the wheel" for a discount. I got a text and email confirmation that the discount was valid, and I immediately made my purchase. However, at checkout I was unable to apply it. I contacted Avon and the rep stated that the offer had expired. Nowhere on the offer did it have an expiration date . The agent was unwilling to apply the small 15% discount even though it was Avon's misleading offer that I followed.

Don't order from their website its absolute trash. If you make 1 mistake you can't change or cancel anything. Customer service was not helpful and told me it was my fault.

2 dumpster boxes

This is what was shipped to me. I called customer service and Stephanie directed me to Avon.com. She was not helpful. I had two separate orders that arrived in two separate boxes. Neither were packed well and one box had body wash that was broken and leaked onto all of my other products. Nothing in that box was giftable. Nothing! The second box contained smaller items that were destroyed due to two big bottles of body wash rolling all over them during shipment. Even the lipstick keychain was broken during that and the boxes were destroyed. That box even had a small tube of hand cream smashed in half. Nothing was giftable in that box either. I spent 135$ on both orders. I was informed it would take 3 days for a response from the email I sent with pictures. My rep has been retired from Avon for two years and wasn’t much help. I am frustrated because these were Christmas gifts. I have yet to see what Avon plans to do about this, but waiting 3 days for a response is awful. Christmas is around the corner and I spent 135$ of Christmas budget on two boxes that looked like they came straight from a nasty dumpster!

Worse time dealing with this company

Worse time dealing with this company. Placed an order (and charged my account) one moth ago and no product. UPS Tracking just keeps advancing another day.
Called customer service after waiting for 1 hour on the phone and told I couldn’t get a refund for another week. Week has gone by and now I have to call and wait up to 1 he 45 mins! Who has that kind of time. I emailed and just getting a return email product is on the way!

Never Again!!!

out $40!

ordered product. didnt ship. it said it shipped - STILL in warehouse. label has been created. im out of product. called customer service. its an upgrade. i wanted to cancel they wouldnt let me cancel. i am out 40 and no product. if they had told me before i ordered i would have gone to walgreens. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give it 0 Stars I would

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My order has been placed for 2 weeks now and so far I've gotten two delay delivery notifications. When I spoke with customer service, they said it was due to them upgrading their warehouse but had no other information. I asked to speak with a manager and he wasn't of any help either. They don't let you cancel your order, even though it hasn't yet reached the UPS sending center they're horrible company with horrible customer service. I would not waste one cent on this company!
