Bought a couple of Brompton Bicycle accessories from here and a very positive
experience indeed. First time using Avon Valley Cyclery but highly recommend them. Easy purchasing, speedy delivery, prompt notifications throughout and excellent products. Well packaged. What’s not to like!

Great Value for money, my 2 grandchildren had a brilliant time, plenty to do and most things inclusive with entry price (which these days is rare! ) this was our second time of visiting and not disappointed.
4 out of 5 only because I think perhaps the park staff were maybe feeling a little tired coming towards the end of summer , lacking a little enthusiasm around some of the rides xxx

So what a poor first experience and waste of time.

I ordered a Brompton electric bag, and although I was in at the expected day/time of expected delivery, DPD typically delivered it to someone else with a totally irrelevant name and posted a picture that nobody could tell what it was. I of course got in touch with DPD instantaneously and apparently they were trying for most of the day to track their driver down to come back and resolve promptly. At the same time I got in touch with the merchant - Avon Valley Cyclery and according to Harry he was also going to get in touch with DPD and come back to me, which I didn’t hear back for most of the day. Coming out of work at around 7pm I noticed my package had obviously been recovered and instead of arranging to re-deliver the next day was returned to the merchant, whilst Avon Valley Cyclery processed a refund! I mean really now guys, is that what you call resolving the matter professionally and effectively in favour of an already challenged customer’s rubbish experience…would I have placed an order for something I needed in the first place if I was seeking a refund?

And please don't reply that you tried calling me and I didn't answer as some people do work different hours than yours, which of course didn't stop me from returning your call right after seeing it as well as a few more times the day after...but for some strange reason nobody ever answered my phone calls or email sent on Wednesday 14th.

Guys you’ve certainly got one inaffective decision maker at Avon Valley Cyclery, and I would first of all find that person that failed to liaise with all sides for the customer to receive his prepaid order promptly even if it was a day later than expected, I would then ask DPD to compensate you in favour of your clients hassling…which unless you decide to address and/or face professionally, this customer will never return to your company for anything in this life again, which is what all conscious consumers should stand by when failed and/or ignored…yes, pay more if you have to but do not tolerate a company taking you for granted.

I ordered a Brompton Brompton Borough Roll Top Bag from Avonvalleycyclery. The price was good, delivery was swift and communications were excellent - they kept me informed every inch of the way. I was very impressed with the mail order service.

There are a few really outstanding bike shops around - this is one, really interesting kit on display and always moving with the times. Been going there for years and always first stop for Brompton help. Best of all is the fact that they have onsite expertise and workshop - example today was quickly providing me with appropriate bolt for rack. No charge, just friendly response. Thanks guys - keep it up

I can’t praise this company enough .
First from enquiry about the rinse& muller eBike, through to ordering on line, the website was easy to order, the delivery service was quick an officiant.
My Riese und Muller Nevo3 GT Touring White with Upgrades + 625Wh Battery, is perfect, it rides like a dream! Went for the more powerful battery, as when on holiday we climb very steep mountains!
We will definitely recommend this company for your next bike!

Quick delivery, all in good knick

My first experience of Avon Valley Cyclery; pretty good. I ordered a pair of Brooks trowser straps - that are really difficult to find in stock anywhere right now. They did have them, they arrived promptly, correct product in perfect condition. I am happy

I ordered a smart turbo trainer online from Avon valley cyclery on Friday afternoon. The trainer was competitively priced and delivery was free. The company promptly confirmed the order and initially said the trainer would arrive on Tuesday. They kept me informed regularly and updated the delivery to Sunday morning, when the trainer duly arrived.

Personal service, deep experience, endless advice, including custom and frame building. A penchant for exotic hardware rounds it off. All of which meant I actually went all the way to Bath to buy my bike, although you can order online. Not cheap, but not expensive either. Highly recommended.
