A very good shopping experience
I ordered a new book from the company and it arrived earlier than expected and was extremely well packaged in a strong cardboard envelope. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was free. I will be a returning customer.

Waited 3 weeks for a book to arrive
Waited 3 weeks for a book to arrive. When I called customer service they said they couldn’t get it. No email to me to say this was the case. They hadn’t offered a refund until I chased them. Poor service.

Ive been buying books from awsomebooks…
Ive been buying books from awsomebooks for last few years and never had and trouble deliveries are either on time or before due date given, all books I've bought ie second hand have been in great shape

Books arrived on time. However two of the books were not in great condition. Not a problem just did not expect this.

'5 ingredients' stuck to front cover
The positives were the price of the book and the rapid delivery, however when I opened the packaging the book was filthy with dried on food. There was a raisin stuck to the front cover, that I had to scrape off with a knife, and splashes of dried on grease that I had to clean off with degreaser, and a piece of screwed up sellotape. I'm disgusted that someone thought it was acceptable to package the book without even wiping the food off the cover. This was listed as used good condition. Who knew that Jamie Olivers 5 ingredients book also came with ingredients stuck to the cover.
