Great local company. Windows and doors went in a dream and quality seems good. Other than missing window keys, can’t fault them

Good price. The website a bit clunky when ordering, if you want to edit what's on your order you have to start again with that door/window.
The delivery date given at the outset was correct, but it would have been good to have had an advisory email the day before. The delivery driver was very helpful.
There is a slight inaccuracy in the height with one side being 2099 mm the other 2103 mm, but the doors are in and working, so probably within margins of working tolerance, but not what I'd have expected, thus only 4 stars.

There was a good choice of door styles and it was very easy to order. It was delivered on time with no damage, with a tracking app included. I haven't installed it yet, but the door looks very well made.

I've already written a review for the company but, unlike others, there's been no response from AWM. It's interesting when you look at the reviews as the vast majority are really positive - so when things go right everything is brilliant. But when you look through the bad reports it's pretty clear that the issues start as soon as something goes wrong ie if you've got a problem they really don't want to know and blame the customer. Instantly aggressive on the phone (someone said belligerent which I'd agree with) and refusing to accept that the delivery driver might just have caused the problem by overtightening the strapping on the doors to keep them 'safe' on the delivery vehicle - instead of which they were quite badly damaged. We've had to repair them ourselves which is a shame when they should have been perfect but more than that I fell really aggrieved by the bad attitude of the guy I spoke to - they need to employ someone who knows something about customer service.......

Delivery on time good service on order and a nice product

What a crummy company. We ordered a pair of french doors which were delivered on time but that's where the positives end. They were delivered with cracks in the plastic both at the top and bottom of the doors - either because they'd been dropped or (most likely) because the strapping on the delivery vehicle was too tight. We were told we should have inspected them on delivery but given they are covered in tape (which you want to keep in place until fitting in order to protect them), is only possible to a limited extent. When I contacted the company, instead of ringing me to try to resolve the issue I just got an email back telling me that we must have dropped them as they would never have delivered them in such a bad state. Well I'm glad they can be so certain. I've waited to post this review as I was hoping that someone more senior would come back to us but not a whisper.
Really poor customer service and a bad attitude which means they've lost a potentially good customer.

3 keys sent 1 was broken in half. They have agreed to send new Barrel + keys.

Fantastic customer service, delivery driver was very helpful and a really nice chap to chat with. The french doors was a decent quality and installation went ok apart from the the catch at the bottom needed moving across. Also the handles didn't line up to the holes that had been drilled out on the doors, so the had to be elongated.

Illegible warning about spec of door in order review (red background with white writing) text cant be read.. and no refund or assistance is spec not correct.. no help if we were to reorder or recycle or anything

My partner and I bought patio sliding doors and a window for our summerhouse, they were delivered a few weeks ago, the window has been fitted and is great, the patio doors however don’t open very wide but we can overlook this, the more serious problem is the doors do not lock, the locking mechanism is not locking, we have spent over £1000 with this company, when contacted by email we received belligerent communication point blank refusing to rectify the problem, the company apparently prides themselves on customer satisfaction (according to the website) how is this customer satisfaction and how can a professional company take your money and not fix a problem with faulty goods?!! My partner requested someone come out and fix the problem but they said they don’t do that! Avoid this company!! They are cowboys!! We will be taking further action, this should not happen in 2025, money is hard earned and these cowboys take your money and don’t want to know when there is a problem!!
