0 stars. Absolute scam! Been logged off twice with big bets on the table only to have them just disappear! Also can’t get withdrawals. How are companies allowed to go unsanctioned like this?

Hi,
Sorry to hear you’re having a tough session - we understand how frustrating it is when the wins don’t land.
Regarding the gameplay: all slots and games on our platform run on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) with a theoretical RTP (Return to Player) set directly by the game providers. Because of this, short-term sessions can be highly volatile and may result in winning or losing streaks, as we never manipulate game outcomes for individual players.
If you believe there was a technical error or a mispay during any of your rounds, we can always request an official round audit from the game provider to verify everything worked correctly.
Please share via Request information (or support@axecasino.com):
• your username,
• the game name(s),
• and the approx. time of your session.
We'll gladly check this with our team and come back to you with a clear update.

Easy and fun games to play.. though I had a really good at the beginning but since then it’s taking 100s before giving a little bit then taking more..and more.. no fun when you hundreds are taken and gives you back so little.. 😢

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your experience. We're glad the initial games brought you some fun, but we completely understand how disheartening it feels when a winning streak turns around and the session goes cold. 😢
To give you some insight on how this works: every spin and round on our platform is completely random, powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The payout rates (RTP) are built into the games directly by the licensed software providers, not by the casino itself. Because of this built-in volatility, it's normal to experience sharp ups and downs-sometimes you hit a great run right away, and other times the game can take a while to pay back.
We really hope your luck turns back around!

We regularly send out exclusive perks, free spins, and special no-deposit surprises through our email newsletters and SMS campaigns, so make sure you have your notifications turned on in your account settings!
Also, keep an eye on our Telegram channel and our VIP/Loyalty program levels, as that's where many of our extra rewards tend to drop.

Thanks for dropping by and sharing your thoughts! It's awesome to know you're enjoying our bonus gifts and finding the platform smooth and easy to navigate.
We also really appreciate your suggestion about adding more classic games. We love the charm of old-school slots, and our team is always updating our catalog with new releases and timeless retro favorites. Your feedback helps us know exactly what to look for when adding new providers!
In the meantime, feel free to check out our "Slots" section and use the search bar or provider filters-we actually have quite a few classic 3-reel and fruit-style games hidden in there that you might love.

🤬🤬🤬🤬AXE CASINO👎👎👎👎
I won $102k on slots at "axe casino". They cancelled my account for no reason and made my life hell trying to withdraw my winnings, it's been more than 8 months And I'm still owed over $12k. I had $147k but they removed $45k from my balance, they have a max win policy of $50k per 24hours...Worst Casino😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 AXE CASINO👎👎👎👎

Instant payouts and modern interface
I definitely recommend this site for people looking for a trustworthy platform as that's one of the biggest struggles I've had with online gambling.
Got money withdrawn instantly to my European bank account and my friend had the same experience withdrawing to his Arabic bank.

Nice Casino!
I was skeptical about the casino at first because it was my first time playing there. But it was already recommended to me by a friend, so I gave the casino a chance. I was not disappointed and am very happy with my decision to invest and play here. For me, after a few weeks, the number one online casino!

Worst Casino. Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience. I opened my account deposited 50K using net banking. Till now everything is ok. Deposited another 10K using another Paytm (because netbanking limit). This deposit does not even reflect in my account but deducted from my bank. I contacted support & they say it is rejected you will receive your funds back in 7-10 days. Worst experience ever.
