❌ Wrong product delivered +…

❌ Wrong product delivered + unresponsive customer service + refunded. ✅

Sadly received the wrong iPad, immediately called, was told to put the incident on mail and that'd be resolved and I'd get the iPad Mini 6 as promised. The mail was never replied to, physically went to the store in Mechelen to ask for resolution, brought back the old iPad which was shipped to me instead. Still haven't gotten any money back, simply a mail with a link to their store + them asking for me to pay extra to receive the iPad Mini 6, which I originally bought...

Friendly employees and customer centric support

We've unfortunately made a wrong order of significant size and Axitech was willing to let us return it even though we're a business and don't fall under the 14 day return consumer protection law.

We appreciate this because there are other shops that wouldn't do this.
