Beatrice has been an invaluable help to us. We engaged her to carry out an initial survey and to help us with a subsequent geotechnical survey that was required. She then prepared everything for an AFO approval, this was successful very quickly! Throughout all of our work with her, she was always very professional and very direct. Do not use Beatrice if you just want someone to tell you what you want to hear, we wanted professional, honest advice that we could trust, we got it.Would recommend her to anyone.

DO NOT, use this company and in Particular Ms. B. AYBAR Romero, we invited her to our property to advise us on taking out one internal wall and one exterior wall and to fit by-folds in its place, a very simple and straight forward request you would rightly assume.
5 years later, we still have never received any planning permission to carry out this simple task ?
we do however have a few expenses such as, we paid Ms.Romero 2,500 euros up front for a 340 page essay that to be honest you would only expect if we were building a high rise block of apartments, not taking out 2 x walls, we have also had to give the local council a 500 euros deposit, just in case we damage the path outside ? Ms. B. Romero never answers any of her emails or text messages and has not done so for well over two years now and has left us in complete Limbo, what she has done is reported us for having an illegal pool and garage that were built when the house was brand new 25 years ago ? up to now she has cost us another 6000 euros in fees and taxes to different councils (Local & Main ) our walls are exactly where they were 5 years ago, we still cannot reach or get a reply from this cowboy outfit and we are apx 9,000 worse off the experience.
please please understand that this is not sour grapes, yes i am very disappointed, indeed angry, but it seems that these people are not so keen on us English non-EU customers anymore since Brexit. I just do not want any more of compatriots to be had, If a NO star option was available I'd tick it, avoid this Shambolic company at all costs.

Although the AFO system can be very frustrating Beatriz Aybar is very professional and navigates you through the process. She responds to any questions you have without hesitation but she tells you exactly what you need to know rather than what you want to hear. We were extremely happy with the outcome of her project on our behalf.

Beatriz is the joke of the Costa Del Sol. She knows nothing about Architecture, laws and above all she's an arrogant diva.
Avoid at any cost if you don't want to dig yourself into a dark grave
