Due to the complexity of my case, I thought everything was over for me. But Diana gave me hope and showed me the correct path. In the end, me and my husband received positive results! Diana is very professional, straightforward, realistic and she knows the best solutions for complex immigration cases. I would only recommend AY & J Solicitors, for your immigration needs!

Our firm had a inspection from Home Office and we have had some discrepancies in our general administrative records. Nothing that cannot be resolved so we thought that we will get away with a warning.

However, the HO decided to suspend our license after 4-5 months of wait. We then approached AY & J Solicitors and they looked into our case and after that we realised the situation was worse than we thought.

We had all the documentation in hand but just needed to put them in order and there were so much work that had to be done to put everything in order. We were only given couple of weeks from HO to make an appeal or else our license would have been revoked.

Ms Diana at AY & J Solicitors really helped us all the way from the beginning until we submitted all the evidences to HO.

I am extremely thankful for their services. We got the result and our license was reinstated. Without the assistance from AY & J Solicitors team, we would have lost our license.

My family and I cannot thank enough to the team at A Y & J Solicitors who has put all their hard work and care into our settlement application. As a Tier 1 (General) Migrant, I was also affected by HMRC tax amendments prior submitting my settlement application. I approached A Y & J Solicitors, following a referral from my friend who encouraged me stating A Y & J Solicitors would be the best in securing my settlement. I have chosen to submit my settlement application at the Premium Service Centre, and on the same day, I was informed of my application retained for further inquiries. I was given a questionnaire to complete and a deadline to file additional documents with regards to my tax amendments of previous financial years while on Tier 1 (General). Yash and Diana assisted me with the completion of the questionnaire and prepared an additional set of legal representations without leaving room for the HOME OFFICE to refuse my application. Last week, I was overjoyed to be informed that our settlement (me and my family’s) application was approved, despite tax amendments. Amazing, talented, hard-working team. I am super happy.

Sow Wei was very good at what she is doing and is knowledgeable about the visa process. She got back to me quickly every time I had a query. Max who accompanied us to the visa centre was also very pleasant and took the stress out of the whole process by explaining the process and what to expect next.

They were brilliant to deal with my every need and questions I had. Extremely prompt with paperwork. They are very professional and carried out my citizenship process smoothly. Staff is very responsive, polite and helpful.
