Broken Seams and Awful Customer Service!
The dress seams broke after being worn only twice and customer service has been terrible whilst trying to get a refund. I’ve sent it back and I’ve been left waiting for over a week to then be told they never received my return! Luckily I have proof of delivery. Poor quality dresses for the price, and poor customer service.

My experience was wonderful. It was a bit of a wait but I knew that would be the case. The part that was a bit disappointing was the taxes on getting my dresses through customs. I had to pay more than the price of the dress to receive my dress but it was worth it. Just wish I knew that was a thing before purchasing. Overall very thrilled with the experience and can’t wait to order more

Dress itself - so disappointed. Pockets are way to big on a size large and the dress is way longer than in the photos (almost goes to my knees?). Wanted to love the brand but won’t be back.

The shipping delay was absolutely…
The shipping delay was absolutely crazy. It was so frustrating waiting for this dress, but it was so cute online I really wanted to hold out. Then when I got my dress, it just seemed like even on the hanger it did not really look how it looked online. For what I paid and how long I waited, I would just not purchase anything from here again.

My size was in stock and the dress came within a few days, very quick! It is lovely quality, and was nice to receive ten percent off the first order. I've already wore it 4 or 5 times, can really be worn to all occasions and dressed up or down. I'm considering buying it in a second colour. Great to know it was made ethically. I'm not particularly large in the bust however it is snug to get it over my chest so I would size up if you have a bigger bust.

A very nice dress and good quality. The dress is heavy in a positive way. I do think the dresses are a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Keep in mind that if you don't live in the UK you have to pay extra import duties, which was an extra 20 euros for me. The transport ran quickly and clearly. I will definitely order again

I'm in love with the dress
I had to wait a month for my purchase to arrive which was a little hard because I was so exited for the dress but it was worth it!! The dress fitted me perfectly, from some of the pictures I saw I was worried It was going to be too short since I choose size S and now that I've gained a little bit of weight I usually go for size M but I was pleasantly surprised that it fitted me. The quality is amazing, with it being double layered (except for the arms, which is perfect because you don't want to sweat on it) it gives the dress that expensive feel and it weights so it means if there's a little bit of wind the dress isn't flying anywhere😅😚 The waistline is snatched and it gives you a beautiful silhouette...aaaand it has pockets, I've never had a dress with pockets before!! It has easily become my favorite dress ever 😍I also wanted to show my gratitude to however sewed my dress because they did and incredibile job 💗 Also for the people who don't live in the UK you might have to pay for the shipment, I live in south Italy and when the order came I payed 27€, I thought the shipment was included in the price of the dress when I bought it but it wasn't...but truth be told I didn't mind as long as I got my hands on the dress🥰😍😋 I'm definitely going to buy other things from Aym as soon as I have enough money 😂😆
