Ayoa is a great and helpful App. It is easy to use and it is very intuitive. The AI assistant is powerful but there is still some room for improvement. I appreciate the App and I hope it continues improving.

Easily the best mindmapping tool on the market. I've been using it for years now and it just gets better and better.

Ayoa is my go-to mind mapping and brain storming platform. It is by far the easiest, most intuitive, and fastest tool for prepping thoughts before writing papers and presentations as well as creating graphics for those documents. Love it and highly recommend.

I use Ayoa principally to prepare sermons. The Mind Map gives me a single-page overview, and the notes enable me to develop each section ready to paste into a Word document. The new addition of AI has provided useful insights. A brilliant and enjoyable aid!

Much more flexibility and easy to use. Brilliant for essay planning and organising ideas.

As my subscription became due for Mindmanager , I was looking around to see whether there is anything better than what I had been using. I am also using Miro which has a decent Mindmapping tool but being a Swissknife like product , it does not really have a proper mindmapping tool.

Then I came across Ayoa, and I seem to like the ease of us of mindmapping and has very good aesthetic. Liked the SpeedMap where you can capture ideas and thoughts quick , which having the ability to add more information and improve the aesthetics of the mindmap later.

Did a trial and decided to commit a year with the product. There are things that need to improve like the Whiteboard which is still not the level of what Miro can do and the Task board is something that I sort of not been able to use it yet.

Looking forward to see how they can alleviate the product in 2024.

The product in general is ok, however its over priced for what it delivers.

The choice to not issue refunds for unwanted subscription is the biggest scam for me though. They fully expect people to forget they have invested in a subscription after they've moved onto something different.

Be sure to cancel those subscriptions folks!!

I have been using this app for years not, when I started it was even called differently, and now without a warning via email or anything they just made a change to the free subscription that only last 7 days.
In my case not being warned I just lost everything I had there not even having the chance to move the stuff somewhere else if I did not want to subscribe.

I have tried lots of different productivity tools - Trello, Monday, Mural etc and they all do their own thing reasonably well, but what I really like about Ayoa is it does lots of things well, so as a team we can stay within one app and get our work done.

Previously we would have had to integrate lots of apps together i.e. Slack + Trello + Miro, but with Ayoa all of that functionality is in one place.

The main reason though for moving to Ayoa is just the way it works for us. We like the visuals, and basically how cool the whole app is.

Ayoa doesn´t stop surprising me! It changed my organization, speed and quality of working to another level!The possibilities are great!

I need to have a lot of collaboration in the training I run. Ayoa works very well for me. Delegates like its speed and easy use. If you like visual tools you’ll like this.

Ayoa sits on my screen all day, everyday. I use it on my phone as well. For remote working it has been an absolutely fantastic, holistic, all purpose tool. As an Executive Coach and Business Innovator the power of Ayoa has always impressed my clients and aided my processes. I use the Mapping with clients live and they have a product immediately to take away and action. I can link clients to the maps or task boards I have created in their workshops and they can then continue their collaborative work in their own teams. The chat functionality, tasks, whiteboards, planners and 'team pulse' are really useful to focus teams on getting things done at the same time as keeping in touch at a more personal level. For coaching individuals AYOA is part of their process and creates great ownership and results. Easy to use, with plenty of video tutorials and support. Ayoa is the only app I need.

In teams or companies, all members can look at the same goals and share their work with each other, and use the whiteboard, mind map, and task board to realize everything necessary for collaboration, from idea meetings to project management, within Ayoa.

AYOA is amazing! I was an iMindMap user and since it merged with DropTask e always use AYOA. It provides me with all the tools I need for creativity and getting things done.
I use it on a personal level and also to manage part of my company's business. I use for sales ops, follow-up, projects, content creation, brainstorming, training, chat, videoconferencing and other areas.
Highly recommend AYOA for creative and organized people.

Ayoa is integral to my daily routine as a freelancer. By far the most innovative tool on the market, I’ve deleted my other apps, Ayoa is my magic carpet - it does everything!!

the Ideas and features are amazing but when you are going to use them you want to crash the laptop it is very slow program and the processor is very bad

It was nice, until after I bought the Pro account for full features. Then they created an "ulimate" account which made a farce of the WHOLE INTERNET
