SCAM! Keiner Antwortet, Retouren werden nicht angenommen.
Ich würde keinen Stern erteilen, wenn ich könnte.
Ich habe zwei Produkte bestellt. Brauchen ca. 1-2 Wochen bis diese ankommen.
Nach Empfang hat man 14 Tage Zeit sich zu melden falls man etwas nicht behalten möchte.
Bei Rückgabe muss man info @ayvelapparel.com oder daniella.leyva @gmail.com kontaktieren, um zu erfahren wie man ein Produkt zurückschickt.
Außerdem bekommt man sein Geld auch nicht zurück, sondern eine Gutschrift im Shop.
Nach mehreren E-Mails habe ich nach zwei Wochen immer noch keine Rückmeldung oder eine Empfangsbestätigung bekommen.
Das heißt ich habe weder eine Erstattung noch eine Gutschrift bekommen und sitze auf Produkten ohne Logo mit SHEIN Qualität für den dreifachen Preis.
Absoluter SCAM! Keine Kaufempfehlung.
