Purchased a replacement remote control from this company on their recommendation, it arrived with a flat battery, I replaced the battery and the replacement remote wasn’t even compatible with my unit.
Contacted customer services and got a reply at first requesting more details and it seemed promising.
After two further emails from me now I have had no response!
No customer service at all, don’t waste your time and money use a different company.

The radio is really good, pleased with it and delivery was very quick.

I bought the radio for my bathroom to replace an old radio I bought in John Lewis many years ago. The Azatom Pearl P100 is great. It’s easy to set up easy to use, excellent battery life and loads of DAB channels. Sounds great too and I can hang it in my shower if I want too. Highly recommended

Bought on Amazon, next day delivery standard. The quality and feel of the radio was everything I hoped for. It replaced a old single speaker portable, different brand, and the sound quality giving crystal clear speech. There is even a usable frequency control though to be honest my hearing is shot, so left that as factory setting. It took a good 5 minutes to get used to the many controls but it soon became clear. However, once set up to your likings, it becomes dead simple with basic controls only required.
One tiny thing I would change would be the carry handle, and that would be to be able to remove and replace without destroying it. Highly recommend.

Have just bought the Azatom M3 bookshelf speakers and have been delighted with the sound quality at such a reasonable price. Loads of bass and clear trebles - both adjustable. Had them for the desktop computer and they have given me a renewed love for my music library. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago.
It's a pity Azatom don't appear to make a similar passive speaker version. Nice to know that this country still makes quality stuff.

Excellent product, just what I have been looking for, great sound and easy to use with the bonus of Bluetooth.

Good product, arrived promptly, easy to follow instructions. One point to note, as I already have an account it would have been helpful to see an easy route to log-in on the website BEFORE reaching the shopping basket.

Overall, im happy with the product. However, when volume is turned up, I find its does struggle to produce the bass frequencies without distorting slightly

Seems well made, handbook in decent English, easy to programme and good reception on DAB.

Great quality radio and so easy to use.
Bluetooth is an added bonus for connectivity.

1 year now.The radio/CD is really good.Easy set up,great sound and picks up all stations.It also looks the part in light wood.Very pleased with purchase.
