They give good car sales people a bad rep

BUYING A NEW CAR IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FUN AND EXCITING BUT... NOT WITH THIS LOT!

DONT EVEN BUY FROM THEM..

TOO LONG TO LIST THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD SINCE DAY ONE WITH MY CAR JUST OVER A MONTH AGO

AFTERSALES IS A JOKE!!

YOUR IGNORED, CALLS CUT OFF I ACTUALLY RANG THEM WHEN I WAS OUTSIDE THE OFFICE AND SEEN THEM CUT ME OFF AND LAUGH

SO BE VERY CAUTIOUS FOLKS

ITS SUCH A SHAME THERE ARE CAR SALESMEN LIKE THIS

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. The experience was misleading from the start, and I felt pushed into a quick decision. Once you leave the door with the car, they want nothing to do with you no aftercare, no help, nothing. I would not trust this place and would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I bought a secondhand (nearly new) car from Azkar and was shocked within an hour outside the forecourt.
I was driving my new car when my wife noticed a tiny crack in the windscreen, I pulled in and rang straight away. After being told ,the owners response was” ah yeah sure you can claim windscreen cover through your own insurance “!
After a hefty debate with the owner, they reluctantly took it back and fixed it.
I’ll not be back. Do not buy from Azkar.

I bought a seat Leon from Azkar recently and being an 18 year old it is hard to get financed by anyone, but a lovely man named Jack who works in Azkar was able to help me get a financial company to approve me which will also bring my credit up higher in the coming years. Jack was a great help and helped me understand everything based on the car.

I bought a BMW 5 series 2018 from them in exchange for a corolla 2021 hybrid touring. The corolla had zero issues except a 12V battery which they told me they changed. It had NCT to 3/2027 and was taxed for the whole year upto 5/2026.
The BMW I bought from them, (one month out of tax and NCT expiry in 3/2026), first seemed fine but when I drove it for some time I began to experience problems like weak tyres, weak brake pads and discs, (less than 50% health) out balancing and alignment not even a minor service done. and a worn out “guibo” drive shaft bushing. All these things were noted from the AA car inspection that I got but unfortunately after the full payment in cash. They lied about 2 keys of the car, gave me only one.
Their senior sale person JACK was totally uncooperative and didn’t take the responsibility even for a broken led indicator light after he had received the full payment. He didn’t even brought the car from Waterford to Kilkenny to be seen, which I was later informed by the staff in Waterford, he was obliged to.

The car seats were sprayed not cleaned and whole interior was dirty/oily. Most of the things mentioned here could not be picked out on a very short test drive that buyers usually take before they buy a car. I had to spend more than 2500 euros to get things in order.
Anyone planning to buy a car from them MUST consider other good and trustworthy options with certifications or at least get the vehicle inspected by some reputable garage/company. They got a profit of around 8-10K on the sale just in this one deal but didn’t spend 100euro on the car.
The only worth mentioning person who had some sympathy for the customers was DAVID in Kilkenny.

As a first time buyer I have to say my first experience was brilliant. A lady named Orla spoke with me from day 1 and since the first day she put tremendous effort into helping me find a perfect car that suits all my needs. Impeccable customer service. Highly recommend going with them.
