It's been several weeks now since I sent them my sample for their 'fast' service. Although my payment was taken, I haven't heard anything since. They have not responded to emails, phone calls or even Facebook messages.

I ordered lab analysis for 4x samples and received no confirmation of payment or receipt of samples. I did however have the money taken out of my account.

I have tried phoning the company and the number isn't recognised. I have tried emailing them but have had no response. On contacting the lab which the samples were dispatched to, I was told that they can also not get in contact with Azzikit.

It's very strange that the company seem to still be getting good results considering the lab are not even dealing with them any more.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM

Simple to use. Good clear instructions and quick results. Excellent product and service. Highly recommended

Update:
Changed from 1 star to 2 as I now have results after emailing the company again yesterday. They said that the results were in their system but for some reason hadn't been sent to me. There are clearly flaws in their process if customers regularly aren't receiving results, so I hope the company takes feedback on board to improve their service. This service is a great idea but is currently missing the mark.

Avoid!!! I ordered sample testing on 22Feb and received no confirmation email. After trying a few times to contact them I read reviews on here that said that they hadn't had a confirmation email but sample results were eventually received after a week or so. I sent my samples and they were signed for at the lab on 13 Mar. Today is 8th April and I still haven't had any results or a response from Azzikit to my multiple attempts at communication with them. This is a scam company just trying to take money and not willing to provide a service in return.

I have registered my kit on 09/02/21 and sent samples which were received on 17/02/21. I am still yet to receive the results today 25/02/21. I have checked my spam folder and they are not there. I have also tried to contact by phone and email.... await the results

Good service in the end but had to chase a bit for results. Didn't realise you had to register online so partially my fault, but could have been made clearer

So fast. Quick and easy to send the sample off to them and received an email back in a couple of days with the result.

Ordered the basic kit, without the PPE kit. Instructions were clear and nice and easy to use, posted back on Friday and results back on Thursday morning by email. Results include a printable certificate. Highly recommended.

Surprised at how quick we recieved the test kit and how quick the results were.

Brilliant. I got my results two days after putting the sample in the post.
Although I got the results I didn't want, at least it's certain.
After registering online it would be useful to receive a confirmation message
(for example, if I'd got my email address wrong).
Would recommend to anyone.

Fast and simple testing with a clear outcome. What’s not to like!

This service is a great idea. I ordered my kit via amazon; it took 15 days to arrive and I did have to contact them via the amazon app to chase it. The package was apparently lost so they sent a replacement.

Once it arrived I registered the kit and took the samples following the very well detailed instructions and posted them to the lab. Since I hadn't received the results after 6 days I emailed them and got the results immediately!

I really liked the guidelines and the service and will definitely use them again. The delivery and registration needs to be improved.

The price seemed good. The item arrived later than expected, which is no reason to write them off as a company

When it arrived all the instructions were followed; I registered online, sample sent off... Nothing heard back even though I paid for 24hr testing

I've spent weeks calling, leaving messages but I have heard nothing

My personal concern now is how trustworthy are the results that I may or may not get going to be, I feel like I have no reason to have any faith in these people - I strongly feel that if they cannot manage simple customer services then how can they manage the complexities of processing and testing for a carcinogenic substance, I'm now questioning if they can even get the correct results back to a customer, should I trust my health (life) with their process

I wish I'd looked at trust pilot before ordering...

UPDATE: a quick search of Companies House show that Azzikit LTD has ceased trading and that the company has been dissolved

FURTHER UPDATE: Since writing my review they've changed their trust pilot company name to 'Bay Trading Group Ltd'. A quick search of companies house show that the UK Government are engaged in an 'Active proposal to strike off' Bay Trading Group Ltd

A quick search for the address that the Bay Trading Group Ltd office is registered at show an Insolvency Service press release:

'High Court orders six more bogus multi-million pound companies into liquidation
A network of phantom companies with reported combined assets of over £13 million have been ordered into liquidation by the High Court on grounds of public interest.'

Although Azzikit LTD and Bay Trading Group Ltd are not referred to in this press release by name, the address that their office was/is registered at is featured in it

Still had no reply to emails or phone calls even after my poor review. Definitely do not waste your money.

I loved the whole process. I found it smart way. The report was done promptly without any delays. The instructions were clear and understandable.

Considering the Cod situation i still had my test results in a short space of time thanks.

Received the test kit but after sending it off never got any results. Totally uncontactable too.
