Is a right cheat!!

Guys, STAY AWAY FROM butele.com !!!!

They are shipping items from China!!

So when I have realised the item come from China I sent an email to cancel my order but B4U totally ignored it and dispatched the phone anyway. When DHL delivered it a week later, i wasn't home and so never received it as such. I rang DHL that they could send it back as i didn't want the item anyway. It took 3 WEEKS for DHL to send it back as B4U never conctacted them to do so (despite my numerous calls and emails), and another 1 MONTH to get a refund minus £30!!! I can't describe here how many emails and phone calls i have given to them! They are a right cheat.
This doesn't stop here, after 3 weeks (the phone actually was still within DHL), I got a £70 bill by DHL for import duty, for a phone i didn't even receive!!!!
That is just a summary, if i write any more i am going to start swearing...
