Thank you for your review and we are so sorry you still haven't received your parcel sent to Ireland. Since your email we have contacted Royal Mail on a daily basis to chase this on your behalf.
Shipments to Europe since Brexit now do have to go through Customs processes and your parcel is currently in Dublin with the Customs authorities which I'm afraid we don't have any control over. Please find below the tracking link direct to the authorities in Ireland. We will of course continue to chase this with Royal Mail and advise you as soon as we have an update.

A comforter that all babies should have.
These fleeces are the best thing you could buy for your new born baby - they are the biggest comforter they could have that remains to keep them safe and warm day and night.
I ordered one on the Friday and it was delivered the next day - the service was outstanding.

Perfect!
Delivery was really quick and efficient. The pram muff is gorgeous. So well made, warm and comfy for my little one! No problems with naps while he’s in this. I also love that they try to be sustainable, using natural materials is super important for me.

I recently purchased a Fellhof lamb skin rug from Baa Baby for our newborn. It’s been over a month now and baby loves it! The rug is super versatile- it fits snugly into our maxi cozee cot, bassinet pram and is perfect for tummy time too. And I’m so happy with the quality, seems it’ll last many years. I purchased the shampoo believing this shampoo would care for my sheepskin when
I wanted to wash. There were NO washing instructions on the shampoo bottle only spot cleaning and having subsequently spoken to Baa Baby I wasn’t guaranteed any way to wash the sheepskins and was only offered a refund if I sent the shampoo back at my own expense, I feel I was mis sold this product and think the customer service is bad.
I would therefore not recommend this company.
My further response to Baa Baby, Trustpilot have allowed my review to be activated after investigating and I can assure you that there are no washing instructions on my shampoo bottle. Hopefully this will be rectified for other customers in the future.

We are really disappointed to read your review and are struggling to understand why you do not feel that specialist sheepskin shampoo won't care for your sheepskin - this is exactly why we have it manufactured. Our customer care team spent a significant amount of time offering you support over the phone and in addition there are instructions on the website and on the bottle itself. We understand that you were looking for a guarantee that if you used the sheepskin shampoo with another brand of sheepskin in your own washing machine that this would work. We can give guidance rather than a guarantee on this as the sheepskin you wanted to wash is not Baa Baby branded and of course all washing machines and cycles are different. We have however responded to your email directly, contacted the manufacturer of the sheepskin you have and supplied their recommended washing instructions directly to you.
We are surprised that you are unable to locate the instructions on the bottle of shampoo which are really clearly laid out and for clarity please find the label instructions below.
1. Brush the stain before cleaning to remove as much of the dirt as possible
2. Mix 200ml tepid water and 10ml of shampoo
3. Use a sponge dabbed in the solution and gently rub the stain until it lifts
4. Repeat as necessary then use a towel to soak up any excess water
5. Cool dry away from any form of heat or sunlight

As an honest brand we take poor reviews extremely seriously and always look at what we can do to help. In this particular circumstance we couldn't offer the guarantee you wanted, or, as you suggested, a full refund whilst you kept the product.
This is also the only occasion that we have had a customer who states they will 'take to social media and trustpilot' if we don't offer the refund without the return. I'm afraid we opted for this bad review and hope that it will not reflect badly on our brand and the care and attention that we try to give to all our customers.

Sold for babies, but purchased for mother with recent knee replacement as long New Zealand sheepskin offers unparalleled gentle support and temperature control.

Sheepskin liner… A TRUE MUST HAVE!!
This is just the most wonderful small business. They were super helpful answering any questions that I had, delivery was fast and the product quality is out of this world. We use our sheep skin liner all year round. Not only does it help thermoregulate no matter the temperature, provide lumbar support and is 100% natural but it also looks so damn boujee!
Could recommend this product and the business behind it any more highly… a true must have!
