Never received my order !!!!!

I have ordered fringed galons on December 26. I have been charged 10€ delivery and they have still not arrived in Belgium. It’s been almost a month. I have called many times to have a tracking number but they didn’t give it to me pretending every time that they were not at the office and now they are not answering the phone anymore... I am loosing hope to ever receive my order or being refund ... the website and the customer service is a shame!
