RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND DECEITFUL
Was given a quote of £1300 after speaking to them on the phone and disclosing all relevant problems, the day of the inspection they phoned and without even inspecting lowered it to £1000 after inspecting the car was told that I had an apparent extensive oil leak and problems with the gearbox which we have never encountered. The gentleman then phoned the office who phoned back with an offer of £500 which I refused and was told to F*** OFF (apologies for the language but just wanted people to know what they'regetting into if they refuse their valuation). My advice is to use someone else and stay well away.
Expect to bargain hard, but straightforward
I entered my car details on the website, including some minor bits of damage, and it gave me a valuation of £502-£995. I spoke with them on the phone and told them I would like £800 for it, which they didn't object to. When the guys came round to look at it they were polite and efficient, and not fussy. I was then offered £500 (!) but after some robust haggling we agreed to £700 which was paid straight away by bank transfer. They drove a hard bargain, but the process was efficient, quick and fairly painless.
Liars
Put in details of my car Valued by the website at £7400-£6400 i called up the number provided a very unproffesional person answered the call confirmed it was Car Baba. Told him the car he found my details and offered me £5000 cash and said thats the best he can do. Hung up on him dont deal with this shady buisness
Good trader
Good trader. Easy sell and no issue. Will definitely do business with them again
This is a bad business
This is a bad business. They have a quote for £1800 and later called to reduce to £1600. Then after viewing slashed it down to £900 even after I made a video of every inch of the car before they came. After refusal they slowly negotiated to £1450 and the car was worth more than that. Will recommend you avoid them
They gave a quote for £1500 for my car…
They gave a quote for £1500 for my car and was calling eagerly to buy it . On arrival they said there was some body works to be fine which was right but then added more issues like oil leak and gear box etc . Of them made phone calls to the boss and made an offer of £400 which I declined .
After they left their boss called and offered £850 , then slowly agreed to £1000 as I was firm on my price . I still feel it’s lower than the actual price .
I wouldn’t recommend them .
AVOID at all costs
We had settled on an offer of £1,200 to sell our car with this company. Before the arranged date of pick up, they had been informed of all minor problems with the car such as the need to replace the break pads and that it was listed as Cat C due to being involved in an accident in 2014 (prior to our ownership).
When the man came to collect the car, he carried out a test drive, and then suspiciously gave a few phone calls to his boss. He then decided they would reduce their offer there and then to £700. Their excuse was that the "car had been in an accident", however as stated above they were already aware of this.
When I tried to ask why they had reduced the offer by so much, he would not answer any of my questions properly, coming across extremely rude and defensive.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company!!!!!! A waste of our time and theirs. This company should not be on the market, an absolute disgrace.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. I turned down an offer then submitted a query to renegotiate and the petty man called me with the sole purpose if insulting and hurling abuse.
He was rude, vile, abusive and threatening, I don't know how a business like this exists in this day in age.
Really hope he threatens the wrong person in the future so someone can teach him a lesson!
Do not deal with this company the guy…
Do not deal with this company the guy on the phone was extremely rude and called me an inappropriate names.
REALLY UPSET ME.
Stay away at all costs....…..
Please stay away from this website
Please stay away from this website. The guy on the phone is extremely rude, unprofessional and possibly the worst experience I have had in a long time. There are many websites that can buy your car and you can be at peace. These sort of websites shouldnt exist in the market!
STAY AWAY!
