Fraudulent company

My husband ordered from them in July. The item said it was in stock for immediate delivery. The item has never turned up. He’s emailed them so many times asking for it and then for a refund. The only response he got was completely unapologetic and said they are small company and will send it when they get it in stock. They haven’t replied to his last few emails. Eventually he threatened to call Amex for the money back. On the day he sent that email we got several fraudulent transactions on his Amex card. He doesn’t use his Amex often and we’ve had it for several years and this has never happened. This company is a fraud and I advise people not to purchase from them. We have now opened a dispute with Amex and have never heard from the company again.

No delivery

I ordered a dress on the 6th June and was told 7 to 14 days delivery. After sending several emails I am still waiting for the dress to be delivered. I’m now requesting a refund.

A company to avoid at all costs!

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed by the way in which this company treats it’s customers.

When I contacted them to complain that they had sent me the wrong items in the wrong size and of very poor quality they gave no apology for the inconvenience they had caused and provided no realistic or affordable way of returning the items which are not what I ordered whilst pretending to encourage me to avoid making a return for supposedly ecological reasons.

Their clear intention is to keep my money whilst I am left with items I didn’t order and I don’t want to keep. They made it very clear that they do not intend to provide any kind of customer care and that their business is clearly designed to take money from customers by making it very difficult for them to return unsatisfactory goods.

One last thing, as a customer on their website a further deception makes it seem as if you are dealing with a UK based firm, clearly you aren’t.

This is a company to avoid at all costs.

Get your money back via the credit card company

I described my problems in an earlier post (the first one on Trustpilot), and wanted to give an update.
As suspected, I never received my refund, but I found a way to get my money back through the credit card company, using 'chargeback'. You explain to the credit card company about not receiving a promised refund, or about receiving poor quaility goods and they will refund you straight away and claw back the money from the supplier, unless the supplier can demonstrate you were at fault. So I only lost the cost of return postage, to Singapore. I showed the email thread and proof of return, to the credit card company.
I suggest others do the same - good luck!

AVOID !!

AVOID !!! This company leads you to believe they are UK based and selling high quality clothing. In reality they are an Asian company selling cheap, nasty clothing .... And when you try to return the goods they make it as hard as possible, and even when you manage to return and have proof that the goods have been received back to them, they still will not refund your money !! Also their web page shows a Trustpilot score of 4.5 which is obviously not true.

No return policy that is legitimate

No return policy that is legitimate . Do not buy from them. I bought a dress that was unsuited and have without success been trying to get my money back. The company have failed to give me a return address in Singapore despite many emails. I am trying to take this further to prevent customers like me being refused a refund

Never again

I would never purchase from this company again I bought a dress that didn’t fit well and the material was awful wanted to return but found out it would cost between 20-30 pounds to send back so now it’s going to a charity shop.

Wrong Colour and Poor Quality

I agree, it's a shame you don't have a 0 star rating or even less! I had the same experience as those who have written before me. 3 week delivery of a muddy pink, poorly made and unwearable dress which should have been red. No option for returns, no phone number and no replies to my emails requesting a return method. Disgraceful!

Horrendous experience

I would like to reiterate all previous reviews, if only I had read these before I made a purchase. Shoddy material, bad fit. Unable to return even though they promise that you can. I am now stuck with a dress I cannot wear that cost £40.00. Absolute disgrace

Customers beware

Customers beware. I ordered a red dress from Babixon. The dress that arrived was a muddy brown colour. Babixon told me to return it for a refund. The address in Singapore they told me to send it to didn’t exist so the parcel was returned to me. I’d paid £13 for registered delivery and am still awaiting my full dress refund.

If I could rate this website as a zero

If I could rate this website as a zero, I absolutely would. Total rip off site. The dress I received and paid £39.99 for is diabolical. Cheap, wrongly sized and probable work about £1 to a person it could fit! No response to several e-mails to customer services for a return address/ refund. If I knew where to report them - trading standards? - I would do it at a drop of a hat!

Beware

Beware. You cannot return dresses. Just had this experience. Colour not as shown and too short. Given £4.00 refund and they suggested “give it to a friend”!!!
PS so far no refund received. What a surprise! If I do get it I will tell you here.

Bad quality and non existent customer service

I ordered a dress and was offered an exchange as it was too big. After the initial email and despite sending numerous others I never heard back from them. I am stuck with a dress that is far too big ( the size chart was inaccurate) and it is also made if cheap, flimsy material, not worth the amount I spent on it.

I am frustrated

I am frustrated. After many email, I am still unable to obtain an address to send an item back for full refund. Under their agreement they say return items within 14 days and will be fully refunded, but without an address, I am unable to send the item back.

Almost impossible to return for refund

This company is based in Singapore and I would not purchase from them ever again. Following their advert on Instagram, we bought a dress on the promise that it could be returned if we didn't like it, under their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". When it arrived after 3 weeks, it didn't fit me well and the 'chiffon' material felty like cheap polyester.
I have since sent 7 emails to trying to get a refund, without success. They keep offering me a discount to keep the dress, rather than take it back. The Returns Form has a Singapore address (I have to pay postage!) but no name/email/phone details so I could not get a courier to send it. Eventually Babixon gave me an email address, after repeated requests. However, without a phone number I had to use Royal Mail instead of Evri, which was more expensive. Fingers crossed for getting any money back.
Also, beware there is no UK address or phone number on their website and there are no online reviews that I could find. On their website, they claim an "Excellent" Trustpilot score of 4.5 based on "827+ reviews", but I could not find them on Trustpilot itself. I am now trying to create the first review, to warn others about my bad experience!
It would be better if they honoured their refund promise quickly, and only advertised genuine Trustpilot reviews on their website.
