We received our parcel after about 2 weeks, the tax fee was €1,68, it's ok. The soap and black pair of babouches are great. The problem is the silver pair. It was more expensive but the quality was way worse! It's not breathing at all and the bottom material wasn't quality. I would say it's a bit overpriced.
Avoid this marchant! Do not order with them. First the delivery takes ages instead of the 48h delivery promised. My order took more than 2 weeks to arrive.
Products come from Morocco, and suprise... you have to pay customs taxes! In the website they clearly state that they will be no taxes. I had to pay 25.50 euros.
Impossible to get hold of the customer service, no answer to phone calls or emails or Instagram. I have managed to get hold of them through this email : morgateinstagram @gmail.com and *they are not willing to reimburse me the 25.50 euros taxes I paid*. Worst customer service ever, liars and have stopped answering me!
The price are exorbitant, I really thought that I was ordering from a French online shop so I assumed the prices were high because of transport/taxes paid in France...
For my order in Morocco I would have not paid more than 30€ max instead of 85.50€ (60 € + 25.50€ taxes).
I do not recommend !
