A very easy
A very easy, smooth and uncomplicated shopping experience. Even though COVID-19 delayed the delivery, Babycare.nl was always informative from their side and did everything to deliver the products (which are great as well).
The whole process was better than expected, especially given the fact that I live in the UAE.

Everything was good!
I placed my order online and had a few questions regarding it. It took a bit longer than I expected for a reply through WhatsApp, but it was still fast. The order took a bit longer to arrive, but I am fully aware that it was not babycare's fault. The product came in great condition. Would order again from babycare!
