I was harassed and bullied and received racism here

This place needs to do better. I was playing the Pump It Up machine here at Babylon Park and i was being harassed for a good 15-20 minutes.

Security didn't show the first time. They finallyyyyy showed up the second time and did absolutely NOTHING!

I showed them the video of the harassment and racism, still, nothing.

I made a video about it on YouTube: Bonnie Blue Clone Orders Her Kids to RUIN My Dance Game 😡 Babylon Park London Chaos 🎮

When I posted the video, I had one of their employees: Peter (Zest) try to protect the reputation of Babylon Park rather than address the harassment, bullying and racism. Total BS

I don't recommend this dump!

A truly awful experience

A truly awful experience — poor value, chaotic environment, and zero customer care

Took my daughter to Babylon Park for her birthday last week and was extremely disappointed. It was, frankly, chaotic.

Around 4 in 10 machines were either not working at all or had visible errors. Some would operate without scanning in, others just froze mid-use. No staff member could explain why — in fact, no one seemed to know or care. There was no maintenance in sight, just a sea of broken, half-working games.

The venue was so overcrowded it was almost impossible to move around safely, let alone enjoy anything. Clearly, there is no cap on numbers, which completely undermines any chance of children actually enjoying what should be a fun environment.

Customer service was non-existent. Staff were largely young, disengaged, and more interested in chatting to one another about how terrible the place was than helping customers. No one seemed trained, no one seemed accountable.

What makes it all the more frustrating is how easily fixable it would be:

Cap visitor numbers

Ensure machines are working

Train staff properly and instil some basic standards

This should have been a special day for my daughter. Instead, it was a stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience. We will not be returning — and I would advise other families to think twice.

Terrible service

After sending three emails to yourselves, I haven't had any response. So unfortunately here we are.

I visited your London branch on Sunday 22nd of October 2023 with a couple of friends. Having checked your website on the morning of our 2/3 hour journey, it said that you were closed on the 2nd of October. So that was fine, it didn't effect us.
We arrived at your facility late afternoon and we were given the spiel by the gentleman at the door on which package was best to buy. I opted for the £55 one. After purchasing said package we were then told that the park would be closing in 45 minutes for an event. Already annoyed this wasn't mentioned in the first place (also no refunds) we went in and tried to play as many games as we could, not particularly enjoyable having to rush about. Apart from problems with the phones and the machines communicating badly, we were then told the park was closing and to basically get out. We weren't even allowed to redeem the tickets that we had won. We spoke the girl at the prize redemption place near the entrance but no help was given apart from her 'understanding' about the travel time since she has to travel a long way to get to work. That does not help us as customers. She also mentioned to always check the website on the day; that really helped since it was wrong.
If I could include a screenshot of the website on the day we travelled I would do, as about 15 minutes later it had changed from being closed in the 2nd of October, to being closed at 4pm on Sunday 22nd of October.
We have no intention of returning and I would like my money back and my account deleted.
