This company took online payment but never sent the parcel. I have the payment receipt as proof. They are not answering calls, their phone number is switched off, and they do not reply on WhatsApp either. This is a complete fraud and highly unprofessional behavior. Please be careful before dealing with them.

Always a cheap brand with cheap quality products. Never ever waste your money on this brand. Sizes are too much small. And there is no any customer service available. No return or even exchange policy.

Disappointed! This a genuine review
this is a genuine review. I have done purchasing of 25000, 40,000 and again 20,000. I have a little baby girl and i was unable go market en shop for baby necessities. Every time i received torn, stained, broken, old ,dusty and expired items in my purchasing. This is how they are treating their online customers who trust them. Their team don't bother to reply neither they care to watch over their team what they are packing for customers.

Scammers... Poor product, wrong description, zero customer satisfaction.
Absolutely worst company with zero level customer satisfaction. I purchased a bassinet for my son who is 4 months old. On website it was described that bassinet is useful for babies till 48 months. However, our 4 months old son was hardly fitting in that. We returned it on the very next day and since then it is a month passed we are waiting for refund. According to the policy mentioned on the website, the refund is issued in 6 days but I don't know what do they mean by 6 days. Also, it is mentioned that the company will take care of return postage charges which they didn't pay. NEVER TRUST this company. They are scammers
