Gift cards are a nightmare to redeem
Babysam is happy to take the money of friends and family for gift cards, but do not let you redeem them online, even though their gift cards do not state that, and explicitly direct you to their website. The only solution they offer is to buy the item with your credit card, take the item back to the shop, have it refunded and purchase it with the gift cards. Not so simple for heavy items like cribs and mattresses!
And of course some of their stock is only available online...
Very misleading. Encourage gift givers to buy you a gift card from somewhere that has a proper e-commerce solution for redeeming the cards!

At least try to show some respect when your customer already buy stuff and ask questions in English. No respect, i would have given babysam ZERO star if possible in the system.

Bad customer service in Rødovre
I have tried to book 3 items through klik og hent worthing approx. 3000kr.
I chose to pick them up from Rødovre that everything was appeared in stock.
After many hours of waiting and not confirmation, I called them to figure out that one of the items was not in stock.
I asked them if it was possible to cancel that item and pick up the rest two. They said yes of course come to pick up the rest two. So we drove with two tired kids to Rødovre.
We went there just to hear that we can't pick up anything and we have to cancel the whole order and make a new one. Also they were not sure if we could get them all the items because somebody else ordered the same 🤷♀️ We say no thanks and we book them in Baby Sam Herlev. Again same story. One of the items was not in stock. The people there told us that there is no such a thing that have to cancel the whole order but only the missing item. I will never return in Baby Sam Rødovre. They haven't even cancel the order yet 🤦♀️🤦♀️
