Great customer service!
I ordered a 14 piece travel system from BabyThingz following an absolutely shambolic experience trying to order the same system with Kiddies Kingdom.
Prior to ordering, I called to check their stock levels and someone actually checked the warehouse before calling me back and confirming it could be dispatched straight away. Following me placing the order, the system was dispatched the next day and I received it the day after!
Compared to my original experience with Kiddies Kingdom where the boxes were received opened, and the bags opened and items previously used, these items were all brand new. There were four boxes in total and I was missing one item so checked all of the boxes to confirm it wasn’t in any of them and then contacted the company. I received an email back straight away and they dispatched the missing item and delivered it on a Sunday!
This couldn’t be further from my horrendous experience before and I was starting to get so stressed that I didn’t have a travel system after two months of placing my original order, yet BabyThingz customer service was amazing. Can’t fault them - thank you!
