Great customer service. Helped me get exactly what I wanted when I needed it. Life saver!

Delivery was late and even though i specifically stated we needed it by specific date which was 7 working days after ordering amd they assured it would be delivered by then.
They did not let me know in advancd they were going to be late, they only notified of the late package after i inquired, on the day it was supposed to arrive.

From the first enquiry through to the backdrop arriving and our first use of it, the process was so easy and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. They communicated regularly and were great when we made lots of changes as we went along.
The product itself is absolutely superb. Easy to assemble on my own and light enough for it to be very portable. The design and quality of the product is also amazing. Cannot fault them in any way!

Everything was great and easy. And when I made a mistake on sizing it was fixed quickly without any inconvenience.
