Backdropsource were amazing from start to finish. They were responsive on both WhatsApp and email. They sent proofs within about half an hour of sending the design. And the product is fantastic. Brilliantly made and easy to construct. EXCELLENT!

Easy website ordering system and a really smooth process overall. Approval was quick, and customer service were very helpful when I needed to make a change. The turnaround was nothing short of a miracle — ordered on a Friday and delivered Monday morning.

Print quality is superb and the thickness of the material is really good; it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order from them again!

I had a really good experience ordering with Backdropsource UK. I requested a 2D mockup and was contacted within minutes requesting artwork so they could provide me with a mockup. Unlike other places, it was genuinely easy to speak to a real person regarding my order and the urgency of it being delivered on time. As for the product itself, it's a great easy to set up sturdy product that I'm really happy with. Thank you guys - would recommend.

I have no issues dealing with items that are not produced in the UK and the support team were helpful in getting my order to my remote Scottish island within a week of the order being placed. That's quite unusual in my experience and somewhat impressive. There is no VAT receipt (just an invoice for the total paid), so be aware of this if you are expecting to claim back any tax. When my lightbox arrived, it had a broken power connector so we had a little extra delay in getting the affected section replaced.
For 'Wall Mounted Lightboxes':
Specifically, these are deep frames with extremely bright lights and the fabric used is perfect for the job. It's interesting to note that there are no locking connectors for each part (or corner). A backing fabric is supplied and I have not used it as, to do so, it would mean screwing through the fabric via the holes in the frame. I was expecting french cleats for mounting this. But no. I assembled it on the wall section-by-section and screw mounted it, with plasterboard wall plugs. All good and a stunning addition to my kitchen.

The quality of product I have received from Backdropsource has been incredible! The fabric walls we've purchased were robust and well built, and the graphics were super crisp and true to colour. Can't wait to use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Backdrop Source. We needed a replacement sleeve for a banner, but I wasn’t sure about the size or even where we originally purchased it from. David from support was incredibly helpful - he tracked down an old order placed by a former employee and quickly sent over a payment link for the exact product we needed. This saved me a lot of time.

We had a tight deadline and needed to place the order before 3pm to ensure delivery to the US before a major event. David immediately alerted the team about our time-sensitive delivery, and now everything is on track. The team was incredibly fast, responsive, and efficient, especially given how last-minute our request was. Huge thanks to David and the team for their outstanding support!

We have been trying to obtain a refund from Backdropsource since June 2025, after they made a logistics error that caused considerable inconvenience and additional costs to us.

We have followed up multiple times over several weeks and were repeatedly told that the refund was “being processed” or “completed” via SagePay.

It is now 8 July 2025, and not only have we not received any money in our account, but the company has unilaterally reduced the agreed refund amount without any explanation or prior agreement.

When we queried this, they simply stated that the refund was processed through SagePay — but in the UK, SagePay refunds typically take no more than 48 hours, and yet we have still received nothing.

Our experience with Backdropsource has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time. We cannot recommend this company based on how they have handled this matter, their lack of transparency, and their failure to take accountability.

Throughout this process, they also suggested unprofessional and unrealistic solutions to their own logistics error — for example, suggesting we pick up a 21 kg item on a bus, without any consideration for feasibility or health and safety.

We are extremely disappointed and hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
